"I had an incredible massage with Cassidy I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor and do 17 to 20 classes a week. I needed a deep massage. At first, she was being a bit gentle, but it only took me once to say go ahead and do a deeper massage. In a way I almost regretted that lol she really hit some spots that needed to be released. The space was welcoming, the atmosphere was calming, and the massage itself was exactly what I needed — both relaxing and therapeutic. Cassidy was professional, and really took the time to focus on the areas that needed attention... .Highly recommend!"

"I have been coming to Gelous Spa now for years and just finished one of my first massages at their brand new location! It is super easy to find, lots of parking and so cute inside. The atmosphere was SO relaxing. The massage room is tranquil with a music and sound machine. I will continue to visit Helena wherever she moves as her massages are the best I have ever experienced in my life. But it just so happens that I absolutely LOVE the new space. Can't wait to go back soon, if you have not booked in with Helena yet you are missing out!!"
