"This facility has no system at all. They booked our tickets and confirmed the availability to us. When we visited the facility, they denied to allow the entry and also failed to refund. They allowed us to book without telling that they will just sell tickets online and then make an excuse to deny entry. They want people to buy tickets online and then come whenever they feel they do not have clients. They said the refund is only possible if we contact Visa. 0/10 and they are very unreliable."
