She also uses high quality waxes also catering to each skin type. Her laser treatments are pain free and very effective in just a few treatments. She has always treated me as a friend and provides me flexibility and reminders with my appointments due to my busy schedule. "My friend recommended me this place so we tried the 90 minute massage and used the facilities to see. The hot tub and pool and eucalyptus steam room is included when you go for a service at the spa. The hot tub and pool is very run down and the picture on their website is very deceiving. It's dark and I almost felt like the spa should not be advertising that or include that because for first time users, it kind of ruins the nice calming and romantic experience one may have when getting a massage-especially for couples. On the other hand, the eucalyptus sauna was sooo nice. I wish we spent more time there. We didn't know how great it was and spent more time in the hot tub. The spa has its separate shower which was very nice. The robes were very run down and old as well. The massage was just okay. I had way better ones. I don't know if I would be coming back but it was a decent experience. The receptionist, Hannah-Lee was amazing though! Sooooo kind and gentle and very informative and helpful! 19 stars for her!"

"To book an appointment was extremely easy. I was sent prompt reminders, so I didn’t forget. I booked with Kali, for massage and athletic taping. The massage was deep, very thorough and relaxing at the same time. I really appreciated being able to have athletic tape applied to my muscle strains afterwards. "Terrible place for a massage..went in today. I was massaged for 10 minutes..another customer comes in. She attends to him. comes back after 15 minutes proceeds to massage me again only to leave again to attend to another customer. I got a partial refund after I asked..had to force the money out of her hand..unbelievable"
