Regarding the service, I understand now that the shellac removal I was looking for isn’t something you offer. I wasn’t aware of that when I booked the shellac removal manicure on your website, and it certainly wasn’t my intention to waste anyone’s time. I would have appreciated a bit more patience or kindness in how that was communicated, as the exchange felt quite tense from my perspective.
