"I had an incredibly frustrating and disheartening experience with Skin Vitality in St. Catharines. I went in for a consultation March 21 2025 and was offered a "zero money down" payment plan through Affirm. What they failed to mention was that this plan is non-cancellable. I was guided through the Affirm setup on my phone before signing any paperwork and then handed a document flipped upside down, told to sign it—no explanation, no transparency. I take responsibility for not reading both sides of the paper, but their approach was clearly designed to rush the process. Only *15 minutes* after leaving the clinic, I called to cancel because I felt overwhelmed and realized I wasn't ready to commit to lip filler. I’ve never had anything done to my face, and the anxiety hit me hard. At this point, no payment had been processed and no service was rendered. Still, they absolutely refused to cancel the Affirm contract. I’ve gone back and forth with their patient care team and Sarah Papageorge, and there has been zero empathy or flexibility. They continue to insist that I signed and must pay—even though I reached out immediately. The only option they offered was to use the credit on a different service, which I do not want. I don’t feel comfortable having anything else done with a clinic that treats people this way. The fact that they have no refund policy and refuse to work with Affirm to cancel a plan when no services were provided is appalling. This situation is absolutely ridiculous! They clearly care more about profit than people. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear. Their customer service is cold, dismissive, and completely lacks compassion. Avoid Skin Vitality at all costs."

"I used to receive facials from Cassandra while she was working in Toronto, where she played a major role in developing the signature facial at Province Apothecary. Once I found out she was still offering treatments in St. Catherines, I booked in immediately. Cassandra has an incredibly intuitive and calming touch. Her treatments, hand blended products and studio are all absolute perfection. Having worked in the natural skincare industry myself (8 years), I can confidently say that Cassandra is one of the best there is. So thankful for her offerings!"

"my experience was fine, however i felt as though it could’ve been better. i went today to get my nails done for a vacation. first of all, the drill hurt almost all my cuticles quite a bit and one of them bled (ring finger in the picture). i also asked for a design for the ring fingers, was told it’d be $90 (in total), but he couldn’t do it the way my inspiration looked so i just stuck to french tips. paid 79 in total with taxes for acrylics and french tips. i like the nails and the experience was okay, but maybe i wouldn’t go back here."
