"Following a few days from my hydrafacial, I am starting to notice some fungal acne and small white pustules on my forehead that I haven't had since being a teenager. I'm not sure what could have caused this but I would exercise caution if going to a facial if you have sensitive skin or are more acne prone. I haven't started any other new products or anything like that, besides the facial. Otherwise, Parvin was very kind and the face/neck massage was amazing, but something needs to change to prevent this happening to future clients. Update: Changed from 2 to 4 stars. Parvin expressed a lot of concern and wanted to make things right. She invited me back for a complimentary facial and my skin reacted a lot better this time around. Unfortunately it doesn't take away the inconvenience of the first time, but I really appreciate the care she takes of her clients."
