"One of my favorite spas in Vancouver! Located inside the Fairmont Pacific Rim, this spa is so relaxing and wonderful. Service is great and the facilities are clean and well stocked. There’s a locker for all your stuff, clean showers, indoor steam room, two hot tubs, a gorgeous outdoor seating area, a peaceful indoor seating area and lots of snacks and teas. I got a facial and my skin felt so soft after. I always feel so zen after the experience and always look forward to more rest and relaxation at Willow Steam."

"Out of the 5 appointments I have scheduled here, 2 of them have been cancelled last min. This was with different practitioners for different services. This is very frustrating because not only do I plan my schedule around these appointments, but I also book these appointments weeks / months in advance in order to get the day / time needed to fit my schedule. This means I need to wait weeks / months again before I can get a new appointment. I had picked this place out of convenience as it is close by, but this is not convenient at all. Of the successful appointments I’ve had, the service has been not bad."

"This was my first time at Yaletown Wellness at Mainland today. The space is very inviting, relaxing and clean. The front desk receptionist is very friendly and helpful with any questions you might have. I had 60 minute RMT appointment with JJ. She was very professional and her massage really addressed the pain that I was having. The massage was followed by a private sauna/cold shower session. I loved that they even supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Thank you for an incredible afternoon, I felt so rejuvenated. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend visiting Yaletown Wellness!"
