    "We recently came by for a couples massage at this location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We ran a few minutes late due to heavy traffic but they still made it work for the hour long slot that they had reserved for us. The space is very well decorated and they have a cool seating area in the front for manicures and pedicures which we saw was spacious and plentiful enough to host a group. We didn’t get any serving of tea or refreshments that most spas at this tier would provide. A great experience all in all."

    "I love massages and used to get them frequently, both while traveling and in my hometown. I hadn’t experienced a massage in Canada until I had one with Chris, and suddenly, my body felt so much better! He is very humorous and professional. I think I’ll keep coming back!"

    "The place is amazing, nice room that brings you calm and peace. The RMT are so kind and professional. It is so easy to book a massage on APP and if one RMT is not available, you can book with another ( currently I have 2 on my TOP list: Colin and Leah). I strongly recommend the place (Gastown is my favorite one)."

    "Very welcoming, & friendly! They set the mood with relaxing music and low lighting, my experience was amazing!! So healing, I highly recommend trying it out!!! Bin was an incredible therapist, probably one of the best treatments I have ever had!!!! I'm def going back!"

    "This place is insanely good for the price …. I went 3 days in row while I was visiting from Calgary. I would highly recommend Queens feet they treat you well and take care of all your needs it’s the most relaxed I’ve been in. Months. They are very skilled technicians who massage you just right. Definitely 10/10!! ????????????????"

    "I booked a pedicure at The Spa Magnolia for my partner’s birthday, making the reservation three days in advance. On the morning of her birthday, my partner received a call from a staff member requesting to reschedule the appointment, as the employee originally scheduled to provide the service was reportedly too unwell to remain at work. The staff member stated that it was our decision whether she should stay to complete the appointment or go home. We expressed that we were uncomfortable being asked to make such a decision, and felt it was inappropriate and unprofessional to place that responsibility on the client. The conversation then took an unfortunate turn when the staff member questioned why my partner had not responded to an after-hours email sent the previous day requesting to reschedule. When my partner explained that she had been working - specifically, a night shift as a paramedic - the staff member dismissively replied, “Yes, most of our clients work.” Ultimately, we informed the staff member that we no longer felt welcome attending the appointment, and reiterated that it should never be the client’s role to determine whether a staff member works while unwell. This interaction was deeply disappointing and an extremely poor way to begin what should have been a special birthday celebration. Very, very disappointing. In response to the reply on this feedback: the business would improve greatly if / when the Owner is able to take responsibility for their failings as a brand and implement a refresher course for their staff - and themselves - on phone etiquette as well as how to appropriately respond to honest feedback from clients."
