It was my first time getting a traditional Thai massage so I didn’t know what to expect or ask for but my massage practitioner Amy knew exactly where to find tight spots that needed attention. My whole body felt really relaxed after my session and she also served me a complimentary tea. They also have free parking, just call them ahead so they can reserve you a spot."

"Beware of Oasis Aesthetics Spa – Misleading Sales Tactics & False Promises. I had a very disappointing experience at Oasis Aesthetics Spa. They pulled me in from the street, offering a "free sample" and claiming they had high-end skincare products at a huge discount for today only. Once inside, they used aggressive and pushy sales tactics to pressure me into buying. At first, I refused and tried to leave, but they insisted I sit down. They showed me expensive online brand products and offered a deal: if I bought a skincare machine with products, I would receive 9 free facial sessions and additional gift products. I was caught off guard and felt overwhelmed by their high-pressure tactics, making it difficult to think clearly. They surrounded me—the manager, the store owner, and several employees—all pressuring me to buy. When I got home and realized the products were not right for my skin, I called them the very next day to request a refund. They refused, claiming all sales were final—something they never mentioned before the purchase. Even though I specifically asked the manager if I could return the products if they didn’t work for me, she said yes. However, once I paid, they denied any possibility of a return. They also lied about the free facials. They originally promised 9 sessions, but after I used only 3, they suddenly told me, "Your facials are done. We only offer 3." This business preys on customers with misleading discounts, false promises, and high-pressure sales tactics. Be very cautious before buying anything from them. I highly recommend researching the business first and shopping elsewhere where you can trust the sales process and return policy."

"I've got my nails done here a couple times and they were absolutely amazing! I would leave a 5 star review, however, the service here is very VERY slow. After my last 2.5 hour manicure, I told myself not to come back. I appreciate that Tran pays attention to detail and is a perfectionist. But a manicure shouldn't take more than an hour and 45 minutes... 2 hours and 30 minutes to do my nails was unbearable. Especially when they have no TV's or music playing..."

"Really wanted to like this place. Had a recommendation from a friend to try it out. The girl I wanted wasn’t in that day, even though her schedule said she was. Then my backup was “out to lunch” and then took off for the rest of the day. The receptionist tried to convince me to go with another girl but was very pressuring for a specific girl that I wasn’t interested in, so I left. I travelled hours under recommendation and left frustrated and with a full wallet. Can’t comment on the services, because I never got a chance to try them. The experience left me jaded and it’s been a while since my visit as leaving a review was not on my mind at the time."

"Love this place! My partner and I try to go in for a couples massage at least once a month. I always book with Sheng Zheng and get the signature massage. While my partner books with Dennis and gets the deep tissue massage. They are both amazing, professional and friendly. The facilities are very clean, renovated and relaxing. I wouldn’t quite call it a spa since there is no steam, Sauna or pool. The customer service is also amazing. Booking is a breeze, they make you a cold or warm slightly sweetened tea at the end of your massage and massages start and end on time."

"I went to Bonnie for a facial today. She was literally the best person I’ve ever been to for a facial, honestly even better than my dermatologist is at assessing my skin. I’m allergic to water and I have overly sensitive skin and I’ve never had a skin product not hurt my skin. She tested a ton of products on my skin and kept checking in with me to make sure everything was going good, and we found the ones that didn’t even make my skin tingle (which is unreal, no dermatologist or doctor has even helped me find a product like that before). I’m so thankful I went to her today, it could not have gone better. She even gave me some samples so I could have a trial run of the products, and she helped me order the ones that I needed. Would recommend her to anyone with any skin issues, or if you just need a little boost. :))"

"Today was a bit rock for me and had a lot of issues with remembering which location I had been at. The staff at this location are amazing including the person I had for my massage Anchor. I would like to give a shot out to Caroline. She was put in a hard situation where the client coming in had a very hard time remembering and was sure they visited a different location. She was able to explain the situation and services even when I was frustrated and confused and was emotional. She has amazing and her costumer service was amazing. I look forward to my next visit and seeing her working at the front. She is very good at dealing with challenges and in making sure the customer understands everything and is happy."
