"I love this place. The atmosphere is great, the tea they bring you is lovely. The massages are always refreshing. I’ve only done the reflexology not chair or full body but if they are like the ones I’ve had I’m sure it would be amazing. They also are pretty great about walkins I’ve never had an issue about walking in for an appointment. The only way to book appointments as well is to call them and reserve there’s no online option. The only reason I’m taking off a star is because they have several small steps at the front before you can even get to the desk making the place impossible to access for wheelchair / handicapped people. They do say on their Google maps here that it’s not available for handicap but I don’t believe it mentions that on their website."

"This was the pampering I needed after a hectic workweek! I highly recommend their spring green tea mint detox special pedicure. My feet were soaked in a refreshing bowl of flowers and herbs, before a foot scrub using all-natural ingredients. I got the best pedicure with my colour of choice on my natural nails, and the special concluded with a luscious foot massage. Definitely check out their specials!"

"The negative reviews about the guy at the reception are fake and almost made me think twice before booking. I’m thankful for the positive reviews from local guides that encourage me to try this place out. The gentleman at the reception is absolutely fantastic! He was very kind and friendly and took time to show me around and explained everything. I felt welcomed and appreciated and that made my experience even better! I started with a 90 minutes premium steam sauna, I love the idea of a private sauna and shower to myself. It was great and clean and I was provided with a clean towel to use. I felt the need for a massage after but unfortunately they were fully booked but they had an availability for reflexology! And Im so glad I tried it. Alex was wonderful and his strong hands relieved months of tiredness and tension in my lower legs and feet! I never knew I needed this but Im already planning on getting it on a regular basis as Im feeling so much better. Overall I would rate this place 10/10! I totally recommend it!"

"I have been to many different RMTs in Vancouver and can confidently say that Kylie is the best therapist I’ve seen. I especially love her neck/upper body treatments - she has literally been able to stop a headache that will turn into a migraine in its tracks and help me get on with my day. She’s also very knowledge and empathetic. Highly recommend!"

"I went today for a mani & pedi and it was awesome. Oxana did a fabulous job and was super friendly. The only minor critique I'd have is that the bench you sit on during the pedi is rather uncomfortable. I also think that it would be nice if customers were offered something to drink, especially if the appointment goes for 2 hours like mine. The quality of work was top notch though! Thanks again to Oxana!"

"Fantastic massages and the staff can't be beat! I have 3 go to spots for Thai massage in Vancouver and this is the best of them. They all are great in their own way but Wanchai has it all. It's beautifully decorated, if not as large or luxurious as one other, but you feel truly welcomed here. They make sure you're comfortable as soon as you walk in and your more of a guest than a client. 5 stars in every way, eve3n without what comes next... I've been quite troublesome a guest a couple of visits ago. I couldn't shut up, I was late and I even couldn't pay the full fee all in one day. They never seemed to mind at all. I was never even contacted with reminder after a whole week! I'm honestly not sure that they even remembered I owed them so much money when I returned. Genuine, wonderful people who are also top notch masseuses. I can't recommend them enough."
