"EDIT: Saw him a couple more times, not only does he follow-up on your progress consistently, but he also used relevant therapies e.g. Hot Stone, Cupping, different stretches to help. I had a somewhat severe injury that left me unable to raise my arm above my shoulder, and Vincent was able to help me recover the most out of all the treatments I've been trying! Vincent is incredible, and without a doubt the best RMT I've met. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, but he is also exceptionally considerate and meticulous. Simply put, he cares. He takes time to identify priorities, and focuses on what matters most to you, delivering pressure that's precise and perfectly attuned to your needs. His massages feel like a true full body treatment, helping you incorporate breathing to relax your muscles while he makes you feel a treatment mastery that gives you a balance of "good pain" while being perfectly comfortable that you wouldn't think possible. What truly stands out is his technique. The way he combines pressure, pauses, and precision leaves you feeling that every muscle has been carefully targeted and improved. On one occasion, he even extended my session slightly to ensure a problem area was fully addressed.. You don't get that anywhere else. The overall experience is enhanced by the warm, relaxing ambience, and chatting with you at your pace. Along with his thoughtful follow-ups to e.g. get you to move your neck, I can't imagine an RMT better than Vincent. 11/10 will always go back to him."
