"I was looking for some relief with back/lower back stiffness and found a gem that just happened to be in my neighborhood! Da Estrela Wellness ( Stephanie my RMT) provided such a soothing, deep tissue massage that targeted my problem areas and provided instant relief. I feel rejuvenated and more fluid and mobile than I had in months! I even found relief in problem areas that I didn't even realize had major stiffness and knots! Stephanie was very friendly and I truly appreciated the education she provided while giving my treatment. I will be back soon and can't wait for my next treatments! Thanks Stephanie!"

"If you are looking for a new salon to try in Guelph, give Butterfly Salon and Spa a try. I used to always go to them until I moved out of town. All of their stylists are great and they also did an up do for my wedding that I was very happy with. I have never received a bad haircut from them. I love the products that they use and the staff are all very friendly."

"Talented people work at Lena's Nails. They are usually not as busy as other nail salons in Guelph. I hope that by posting this review I don't ruin that! They are also more reasonably priced than other salons. I took my son's GF for a Christmas present on the 23rd and her full at ailing with my fill was just over $100. In would have been at least $150 at my usual spot. I'm switching to Lena's permanently"

"I got a pedicure with Shen and it was such a relaxing experience. Marjie was super nice and helpful the entire time, Shen walked me through step by step what she was doing and the vibes at the shop was just so welcoming and relaxed. I left with my feet feeling so soft and they looked so good, I’ll include a picture of my nails now and when I got them which was 10 days ago!! Thanks!"
