"Helena provided a transformative healing experience unlike any other. The somatic release and massage was exactly what I’ve been looking for over the past decade to adequately connect my mind and body. She has a welcoming, comforting approach suited for deep somatic and emotional release/healing and I’m so grateful for my experience. I was a little unsure of the process at first, and perhaps even a bit sceptical but I’m completely converted to her intuitive and sensitive method. I can’t wait to go back!"
