"I requested a 90min 4 Hand massage and after some confusion finally got what I had requested. I did make a request for 2 Asian girls, but the very radiant and ever so comforting 80yr old; Belle was the only Asian available, so I took her As part of the package I ordered came the talented and beautiful Natalia (sorry about saying your name wrong constantly-oops...). They were very fun as we all laughed and enjoyed our time. Despite reading the bad reviews here, I actually found that the customer service was excellent and there was no rude behavior being performed by anyone besides myself... but I am sure I was forgiven. I will likely return here again. On a side note, I do feel I overpaid, but that is my own fault for not being articulate enough with the girls on what I was paying for which is partly why there was some confusion initially."

"I tried this place for the first time. I was really impressed with the first contact person who easily let me reschedule when I had a cold. Unfortunately I was less than impressed with several things and actually stopped massage after 10 minutes. First of all after I was changed I waited 8 minutes for therapist to return. Not sure or not if this was part of my hour time…. The music was not normal soothing spa music and I could hear the chatter of the girls in reception area. The oil was cold and I was already cold. During the time I was there there was no actual massage, only a hand placed in different locations on my back. I was thankful I ended the massage rather than endure something not enjoyable or relaxing. I really enjoyed the first contact person and the interest in keeping customers and staff safe and healthy.
