"While it is never fun to give 1 star or a bad review in any kind of businesses, what we have experienced tonight in Apex Massage Therapy is absolutely devastating and unbelievable. especially with a first time booking experienced. We have called their business hotline number last Friday, and we inquired if there are any available schedule slots for 2 people for a Saturday night time massage therapy. The receptionist checked the schedule and she advised that unfortunately, there are no available therapist that can accommodate us on a Saturday night. Meanwhile, the receptionist suggested and asked if it is fine for us to have a Sunday evening schedule instead since they have the therapist and schedules available. We agreed and she started getting both of our information and in the end, gave us a confirmation from the phone call for a Sunday evening schedule booked for 2 people. This is where our nightmare begins. When we arrived on the scheduled date and time, the receptionist advised that there is only a massage therapy booking under 1 of our name, and they cannot find the other one in their system. After a couple of minutes they offered an option, that one of us can take the scheduled massage and 1 of us have to wait for 1 hour for the same therapist. Obviously the same therapist will be exhausted! Not only that, you are asking us to waste our precious time while we had a booking in the first place! What a ridiculous customer service for first time customers, can your manager or owner imagine that? Truly terrible at its best! Apex Massage Therapy really delivered a great job ruining our night that was supposedly for relieving stress. But instead, inflicted more stress, provided unbelievable customer service, wasted our Sunday night time! All we can say more that this is one of the worst experience that people can have. If you are a first time booker here, don't even bother wasting your time or take your chances to avoid this extreme stressful experienced. If you have a wife or husband don't put them in a situation where they may have this same experience. You will surely don't want that. Worst of the worst."

"Don't waste your money! I would give if I could! Going to this place was the same as getting scammed. He charges $70 for consultation and $70 for adjustment. I paid $140 to stay 30 minutes in the reception and 4 minutes in the room. The $70 assessment was, bend left, right, front, hurts? That cost me $70, went to the massage table, one crack, good to go! If you are charging for assessment, do one! Went for another place a week later, Atlas Family Chiropractic, paid $150, with a real assessment, X-rays, about one hour with the Chiro all together, a very detailed report regarding my back."

"I took The 10 week Mindfulness Transformation with Erin. From the second that I read the description about the course, I KNEW I needed to take it. I’ve been told that there is a lot of evidence that shows that mindfulness is an effective coping strategy, and to be honest, this course far exceeded my expectations. I like that there is a combination of learning the different techniques, and also getting to practice them. I’ve been able to heal a lot of wounds through this course, and I feel like a very different person because of it. I feel happier and healthier, and I have been able to take what I have learned and apply it to everyday situations. On top of that, Erin is a FANTASTIC human being. She is very kind and sweet, and clearly highly educated. She teaches mindfulness in a way that is easy to understand and in a way that sticks with you. The handouts are great to look back on and remind you of everything that you’ve learned. I like that every class starts off with touching base with how everyone is doing and you can tell that Erin sincerely cares about everyone’s progress and well being. She has been incredibly accommodating to make sure that I was able to access the course. Overall, I am so very happy with the results from taking the full course. Highly recommend, especially if you are going through personal challenges."

People are over 60 years old. They were 20 man and all of them were over 60. They don’t sell alcohol and you're not allowed to bring it, not smoking area, they check your bags in a very rude way. Only give you 1 towel and if you need more you need to pay for it. Not flip flops you need to bring your own ones. TERRIBLE SMELLY PLACE Don’t go there, go to Toronto"
