"Such an amazing experience here! Me and my girlfriend were walking by, and popped in to shop (it was a Sunday so they were closed) the owner Sandra is INCREDIBLE. She invited us in, allowing us to shop- while patiently recommending products and telling us all the benefits. She proceeded to share all the facials and services they provide as well. I am a LIFETIME costumer now. I will be getting all my facials done here and sharing with all my friends and family. Thank you Sandra for such a wonderful experience. "❌❌❌❌DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY TO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL SERVICES SPECIALLY WITH TECH “GAMMIE” I had a very disappointing experience with my recent micro needling appointment. I arrived 20 minutes late due to an accident on my way, and when I met with the technician “Gammie”, she pushed me to switch to a chemical peel, despite my booking for micro-needling. After finally proceeding with my original treatment, I had to wait over 35 minutes with numbing cream on (probably attending other customer ) before being asked to fill out a consent form—this should have been handled beforehand. The technician also argued with me when I asked to remove the numbing cream And decided to discontinue the treatment with this unfrofessional service and tech throw my clothes on table in a very rude manner. I felt disrespected and unimportant. Very unprofessional, and I hope they improve their customer service."

"I have never been for a massage before but after experiencing so much pain I started to look for a well reviewed clinic. Reception was very helpful and highly recommend a massage student who is working at a reduced rate. This combined with their first visit discount made it an affordable option for my first try. I was apprehensive to see a student but was blown away by Kaitlyn’s knowledge and care. I left with more understanding about my body, and the next day I woke up pain free!!! I’ve been going to Chiro and haven’t had any relief. My upper body pain and headaches have significantly reduced and I look forward to going back again. Very grateful for Kaitlyn! Highly recommend"

"BOTCHED! Just moved to Alberta and trying to find a new eyebrow tech. Very nice lady and I truly hate giving bad reviews, but I am so disappointed and I don't want others to experience the same. This is definitely not the place to get your eyebrows done. I will share a few photos. The first two is her result with splotchy colouring and horrible shaping. I asked for medium/dark brown, thinner, with a middle arch. Not sure how these would be considered thin or arched. The colour is good, though. The third photo is what my eyebrow looked like before I went in and the fourth is what my eyebrows normally look like after a tint and wax."

"Wow! What a great experience! We have read all the great reviews and were not disappointed. Amazing service! Exceptional quality sauna. Beautiful inside and outside! Despite -25 degrees outside, it warmed up very well. It took about 2.5 hours to get the heat to 85 degrees. The next day with just -12 outside, it was at 95 degrees in about an hour. Very clean! I was a bit under the weather in the morning. After two days using the sauna, my cold went away! One suggestion: if you rent it in Winter, get some rugs and put them on the steps and on the ground to avoid slip-and-falls. Highly recommend this company! Will rent it again!"
