"I had been going to this place every month starting January of this year. In general, my massage experiences have been great, except that I never received a full 60m minute massage. One time, I was 15 minutes late, i had let the front desk know about it. When I arrived, another 20 minutes were gone in the masseuse asking me questions, etc. and the massage ultimately lasted 25 minutes. I didn't complain because het, I was late. So, I get it. There may be other clients waiting. However, every time I had gone back for massages, they lasted only about 40 minutes. I didn't complain with that either. What really got to me was that twice in the last 4 months, I received a call from the place 2 hours before the massage was set to start saying that it needed to be rescheduled due to the masseuse being unavailable. While I accept that things can happen and that sometimes, things don't go as expected, I reached out to the store asking if I would be compensated in anyway. Mainly because I had planned my day around it and it got canceled last minute. The response of the owner in this scenario was very very disappointing and it's unacceptable for me. The owner failed to take ownership and acknowledge the fact that incidents like this waste my time and spoke as if only the time of the masseuse was valuable and that my time didn't mean much. I will not be returning to Massage Addict anymore. This is a deal breaker for me and I cannot be a customer at a place like this."

She explained the whole process what is it and what they will do in terms of getting facials and hair scrubs done. The staff was kind to my friend, and they made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. We went 2 days back to back and it was worth it. Skin Desire Studio & spa is family-oriented.
