"Been coming here for a couple years now to get nails, pedi and lashes done. Very pleased with service and the prices are great! Not to mention the late hours are perfect for me. Must call ahead and schedule, no walk ins, but they almost always can get u in that night or the next. Also cash payment is better for them but they will except card"

"I had my first skin analysis consultation with Sarah two weeks ago, followed by a custom facial—and it was truly an experience I can’t recommend enough. I initially visited Stillwater with the intention of better understanding my skin and possibly incorporating regular facials into my routine. From the moment I booked my appointment with Carlie via email, I could tell this team genuinely cares about their guests. Her warmth and hospitality came through even in our online exchanges, and meeting her in person only reaffirmed that feeling. Sarah is not only highly educated and experienced, but also incredibly passionate about what she does. From our very first conversation, it was clear that her primary goal is to educate and empower others with her wealth of skincare knowledge. While Stillwater embraces a “speak when spoken to” approach to ensure guests can fully unwind, I found Sarah's company so enjoyable that we ended up chatting the entire time—which felt refreshing and effortless. At the end of the appointment she was concerned I hadn’t fully relaxed, but I when I went home I fell into an hour-long nap—something I haven't done in years. I’m so grateful to have found Stillwater and am excited to continue visiting them regularly."

"Best massage I have ever experienced. I enjoy deep tissue massage and some pressure points. The benefits of this are felt within a day or two. The owner is caring and attentive and treats you with respect. The massage is a bit pricey but worth every cent. She accepts insurance such as green shield and has debit. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Sometimes hard to book an appointment on short notice so recommend booking in advance"

"I made an appointment 6 weeks in advance for my sister's wedding. I asked John to do my nails. When I got there, I had to wait 20 minutes after my time spot. Then, a lady did my set. NOT John. 3 of the nails are not straight. I picked out a normal polish. Without me noticing, the lady switched it to gel polish. When I said I didn't want that. She said it was better and kept applying it. I ended up with pulled up skin around my nails, from her filling. Then she just left them. I was then moved to another chair for John to add my art. He told me he didn't have the blue gems that were in my reference photo. So he put black instead. The stones are all the same size and the rose gold was muted. So nothing like my photo. I asked for the rise gold to be redone and john put chrome powder over the polish. Which actually made them harder to see. Then, I had a basic pedicure. The lady did that as well. She spent the whole time looking out the window. There was next to no pressure on my feet. She did a French manicure on my toes. When I got finished. I noticed 3 toes had polish on my skin and my heel still had some dry skin on it. I don't even remember her touching my heel. I didn't saying anything. I just wanted to leave. I was charged $113 Photos are my reference photo and what I got. What I got wasn't bad. It was just everything, all together, overall expectations."

"Had such a great experience! I went in for a facial and honestly, everything about it was amazing. The staff were super friendly and made me feel really comfortable right away. You can tell they really know their stuff—they explained everything as they went and gave great tips for at home skin care without being too pushy. The place itself is super clean and has a nice, calming vibe. It just feels like you're in good hands from start to finish. I highly recommend!"

"What a beautiful gem!! My husband and I randomly stumbled upon this spa while staying up the street at a hotel. We got super lucky and were able to book a couples massage the next day too! The spa itself is absolutely beautiful. They provided nice robes, towels, and a bracelet lock for the changing rooms. They have a nice changing area with lockers, washroom and showers. The spa itself has multiple areas with hot tubs, cold plunge pools, saunas, a steam room, fire pits, and fun hangout hammocks and chairs to relax throughout the property. I loved that they also have a portion of the river blocked off to use as a cold plunge. The staff were very attentive, constantly cleaning the property while we were there. Everything from picking up towels, making sure the fire pits were going and cleaning the leaves from the hot tubs. This made the property very clean and welcoming. The massage was also great. Carolina was my masseuse and she was so sweet and provided a great relaxing massage. She really listened to my needs and made sure my problem areas were addressed. We didn’t try the cafe, but I found it very cool that they offer food as well as wine! Another bonus was they’re currently running a special mid week (Mon-Thur) which allows you to use the pools for free with the purchase of a massage. Overall, it was a great experience and I hope to visit again in the future!"
