I did take advantage of the sauna before my service as well. It was very quiet and relaxing. I had the Esse Live Probiotic facial and cannot be more pleased with how my skin looks and feels. We started with a skin consultation, which told me nothing shocking. Alicia was very knowledgeable and asked me lots of questions regarding my current skincare routine. She massaged the neck, shoulders, feet, and hands, as well as the facial area. After my treatment, I was offered tea and a cookie, and I relaxed in the lounge. The facilities were very nice the jacuzzi and ice pool were great. Everything was very clean and in good working order. I really enjoyed the infrared sauna. I plan on using the steam room on my next visit. The seating lounge was comfortable and relaxing. The massage was top notch. My shoulders and vack haven't felt so good in a long time. Right from the time I walked in I was welcomed by all the lovely smiling ladies, then Coral completed my service and this is by far the best spa service I have ever received. "Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. Not only did I purchase the Thermage treatment ($2499) but I also recommended my mother (73 yrs old) to also purchase it! There was absolutely no reluctancy to offer her age of skin this expensive treatment - even though I think they knew it would not produce the desired results. They took our before photos and although there was never a 'guarantee' of results, the treatment was definitely promoted to deliver results. In addition to the after photos they said they would do after 6 months, they also promise a free facial. Neither my mother or I received any follow up calls - no 'after photos' were taken - and neither of us received our free facial after 6 months. Just $5,000 completely wasted. Very disappointing - both the actual treatment - and the lack of communication or aftercare follow through."
