"Had a first-class massage appointment here with Sandra. The clinic is in a great location in the heart of Kitsilano and the design/layout of the space is very appealing and welcoming. Sandra expertly determined the root cause of my issue and I left the appointment feeling in much less pain and recharged."

"I would have given 5 stars based on past experiences, but this review reflects a recent incident involving a close friend, who is like a mother to me. She visited the business to seek support for a charitable cause, taking time away from her full-time caregiving duties. Instead of compassion, she was scolded and told to leave immediately. This was deeply upsetting, especially as she was fundraising for a community project. Other businesses, even those closing, offered help, recognizing her selflessness. The treatment she received here was disrespectful and unacceptable. Saying no can be done kindly. I will not return and will share this experience with others. I hope this business learns to treat people with respect, regardless of financial gain. At the end of the day, people remember you and your legacy by how you made them feel in their hearts."

"I had a hydrating facial with Kimmy today and it was bliss. Kimmy has an ease and soft touch that instantly makes you feel relaxed. As a mum of 2 kids, I was able to switch off and enjoy some me time. My skin was soft and glowing after. Kimmy was kind to give me some samples to take home too. This place is a gem, the prices are totally reasonable and the service is great."

I’m 20 years old and I have been to six different Skin places and none of them were able to treat what I had. after the first appointment, my skin was drastically better. and now after my second, it is fully clear and smooth as a baby bum. highly recommend going, not only was the treatment fantastic but the customer service and hospitality of their whole team was phenomenal!!!!"

"The spa at Banya was a very relaxing experience. I went with a group of friends, and we spent around 2 hours there, although you need less time than that unless you start ordering drinks. I wish I had a bit more guidance for the facilities I was using (like what room this is, what it's for, how long to spend in there). Overall it was very clean and pleasant. I will return sometime!"
