"I normally don’t ever write reviews but I just needed to share this. I checked on Google and their hours said open at 10 AM Sunday so I came and they were not open. I messaged them on Instagram but no one responded. I came back later in the day to purchase a gift card for my mom and the girl at the front said she didn’t know how to make one so to come back tomorrow. I cannot make it back over the next two days and I have already been there twice today. I asked if she could call anyone or ask one of the people who was there and she said no so I just left. It’s just really unfortunate that she couldn’t ask someone and that she is not trained in how to ring through a gift card right before Christmas. I would suggest updating your hours on Google and training your staff so you don’t lose business."

"I loved the water and snacks available. Sometimes appointments take long, so this is so appreciated! The facility was very clean, organized and welcoming. My esthetician Anshpreet did a great job with my waxing, and encouraged me to try laser, which I avoided because of fear of a painful process. I'm looking forward to booking my first laser sessions now because of her great recommendations. All staff were kind and welcoming."
