"Hello, I had a booked appointment with Kim, I had requested 4 different services along with my hair cut. I got barely got what I would call a hair cut. I had a photo of what I wanted and I took a long time to explain to her what I was looking for. She did not seem to really understand. I said maybe I should rebook with someone else. She assured me that she understood what I was wanting and that she knew exactly what to do. This was very disappointing experience. Not only was my hair a mess, she never even attempted or mentioned the other services I was expecting as I had booked for. She never walked me out or came up to the cash at all. They were going to charge me for the other services until I had to say I did not receive. They checked with her to confirm the services were not done. So I paid for a hair cut that was not at all what I wanted. It was a horrible experience."
