"I’m honestly not sure how this place has five stars. My experience at Haven Head Spa was extremely disappointing. The environment was loud and not relaxing at all — which defeats the whole purpose of a spa. The bed was comfortable, but if you have any neck or back pain, I wouldn’t recommend it, as there’s no real support or care for your comfort. The service itself felt rushed and aggressive, not soothing or therapeutic like you’d expect from a head spa. To make things worse, the provider kept leaving the room to answer the phone and the door, constantly interrupting the treatment. In the middle of blow-drying my hair, she literally left and told me she had another client — even though I had a scheduled appointment. We spent $300 here and left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. It was a total waste of money and time. Would not recommend."

"The atmosphere when you walk in to Revitalize is warm and the reception from Claudia is always welcoming! You know you are going to be treated well just from that! The service of V-Bianko was nice and even though I felt discomfort (I don’t tolerate procedures well) Desiree was very patient and did everything to make me feel better. The results of my skin were amazing after the first treatment! For Asian skin it is hard to find a treatment that works effectively on pigmentation at a fair price. It is a wonderful place to go!"
