"I had a wonderful experience at Pure Sense Spa with Elena as my esthetician. I booked the Essential Facial (45 min) and was really impressed with the quality of the treatment. They use GM Collin products throughout the process, which included cleansing, toning, steaming, exfoliation, extractions, a nourishing mask, hydration, and a relaxing neck and shoulder massage. The facial was completed with a 30 SPF sunscreen application for sun protection, which I really appreciated. As someone with combination skin on the drier side and occasional hormonal acne, I’m always cautious about facials, but none of the products used were pore-clogging. I left feeling fresh, deeply hydrated, and completely refreshed. I also love that they carry Eminence skincare products, which are amazing for sensitive skin! I drove over an hour and a half each way to try this spa, and it was absolutely worth it. I was very impressed with both the service and the overall experience. The 45-minute facial is extremely affordable considering everything that’s included. If you’re looking to try out this spa, I’d highly recommend starting with this service first! I look forward to coming back and trying more treatments when I’m in the area."

"I went to Jessica because I saw great reviews about her. She was amazing, made me feel at ease and comfortable, was very kind and was extremely thorough with the wax. I had gotten a wax before which damaged my skin but with her the wax was as painless as possible and my skin was smooth and didn’t feel raw after. She was super quick too. I recommend everyone to book with her!"

"I specifically booked this at this Spa hotel based on the reviews and the proximity to downtown Quebec city. I planned a quick get away for my birthday on Monday, we arrived early Sunday afternoon to check in. I was really excited to begin my stay, we went to the check in desk there was a couple in front us, I was really impressed by the explanation of the property and the surroundings and even the massage options. Then came my turn to check....the receptionist answered the phone and proceeded to book a reservation that took about 5 minutes zero acknowledgment we were standing there. Finally she gets off the phone and ask can i help (more like what the hell do I want) I gave her my confirmation and she took out the keys and registration card and asked how are we going to pay? my boyfriend paid and she gave us the keys and said the room number. ZERO mention of the surroundings the breakfast nothing I asked her about breakfast because I did book a room that included breakfast according to my booking she looks up and says its a waffle bar and its 12 and she looked back down at her screen. I decided I would try later hopefully a different clerk will be working, I had 1 more question I wanted to book a massage and considering the lengthy explanation she had given the previous guest I was hoping for the same. Boy was I wrong! she looked up again and she she said we have no room and looked back down.....ok so now massage no breakfast ok kool. Now we get to the room DISGUSTING!!!!! carpets !!! they were stained the room reeked of mold I have allergies there was ZERO chance I would sleep there. I went back to the desk and asked to change room she grudgingly checked and said she only had a room with 2 beds because they had no queens left. Ok fine the room was much better we stayed the night checked out the next morning and then I get the bill from the hotel by email, they charged me $23 on my credit card. Called the hotel she told me that there was a fee because I upgraded my room which I did not, I simply asked for a room without carpets. She did not advise me that there was a charge or this was upgrade (I've worked at the front desk before this was not an upgrade ) after I explained 3 times the woman on the phone asked me what do I want from them. Terrible service the staff is soooo rude and I am fluently bilingual so it was no a language issue. Please do not waste your money at this property. If your looking for a quick relaxing getaway. If I could give less than 1 star I would. My biggest issue is how unfriendly the staff is the customer service is TERRIBLE."

"Loved it! Such a beautiful intimate spa! It has everything that you need to relax, in a gorgeous setting by the river. Some of the flowers are so beautiful it makes you wonder if they are even real. I even got to have my massage outside, in an isolated tent by the river. Will definitely go back. Watch out: there are lots of stairs so not easily accessible for those who have mobility issues"

"Je suis allée voir Mildred à la suite d’une chirurgie des mâchoires, spécifiquement pour un drainage lymphatique à fin de faire diminuer l’enflure. L’espace de massothérapie de Mildred est reposant et bien aménagé, confortable et propre. Mildred est agréable, gentille et très professionnelle, en plus d’être très connaissante dans son domaine. Elle a su écouter mes questionnements et répondre à mes craintes dans un contexte post-chirurgical, adapter sa pratique comme je ne pouvais pas être couchée à plat ou sur le ventre, et ses conseils sont sages et avisés. Ils m’ont été très utiles. Je vais certainement retourner la voir, que ce soit pour des soins spécifiques ou encore pour simplement un massage de détente. Par ailleurs, elle a su identifier en quelques manipulations que j’avais un mal de tête bien présent à un endroit précis et des manipulations ont aidé à diminuer l’inflammation. C’est la première masso que je rencontre qui est capable d’identifier ce type de douleurs en quelques mouvements de la main. Ça m’a impressionnée!"
