I have been getting my facial treatments from Eden for almost a decade now and she takes good care of my skin and gives me pieces of advice on how to take good care of my skin! "I don’t feel like I received adequate information pre or post procedure. Only after going to another clinic did I realize how little information I was given and how the aftercare instructions were not adequate. The other clinic’s consultation to explain the process and answer questions was almost an hour long and far more thorough. I went elsewhere because I wasn’t clear what next steps were on my treatment from this clinic and I didn’t like the ambiance. I felt like I was being upsold. I felt uncomfortable due to the odd bedside manner. Incessant talking even when I explained I needed to read an important report. Plus, the discussion topics were centred around conspiracy theories and political agendas. I concur with the other reviewer who stated the practitioner had anti-Ukraine and anti-immigration opinions. Even when I stated I don’t want to talk about those things (and tried to debunk with actual facts), she continued, which made me feel very tense and uncomfortable. Aside from the awkward conversations, I do not feel the treatment is explained well and not as thorough as other clinics. She genuinely seems like a nice person, which is why I struggled to write this review but I have an expectation for a professional environment and that expectation was not met."
