"Went here to get waxed, and when I came in they had forgotten my appointment. The esthetician was giving the owner a pedicure, and told me I could go into the services room and she’d be “right in”. 45 minutes later, she came in to do my wax. It was also the only time in years of waxing that I’ve bruised after a wax. This is 100% the correct spa and the correct amount of time the esthetician was late, though it didn’t happen within the last five weeks."

Tipping is not mandatory, and I am not obligated to leave anything. After that I just felt awkward and the massage was not good tbh. Nothing agains the place, maybe just whoever attended me."

"got a facial done here and would not recommend. the room they put you in is so tiny it’s claustrophobic and on top of it their machines are so old i am unsure if they even work anymore. i paid $100 for a facial and it was like no difference at all. on top of not being able to move comfortably the lady left the room with facebook on my face and eyes for 20 minutes and it was very uncomfortable. i tried to complain at the front desk but the receptionist didn’t seem to care either!"

"I went to this location as I have always done in the past 10 years, for an eyebrow wax. This visit was my last. The Gal took me in, sat me down, and immediately got her wax out and applied to my brows without even looking at them to see what needs to be done. I was about 30 seconds in the chair. She took the tweezers for about 5 seconds and that was that. I said, 'That's it", she said yes and gave me the mirror. My eyebrow are still in need of a wax but I will never visit this business again. I even called the store the next day to voice my concern and the Man I spoke with took the information and said he would get back to me. He had to speak with the Gal first. Obviously he did not take my complaint to heart and try to make it right. This was 4 days ago."

"To advise the nurse at this place, I bought an IV pack. She said my insurance will cover that price. However, after payment, my insurance refused to pay me. I was at Ageless 30 this afternoon and they won't refund me for two doses I haven't received yet. I get the advice because I guess the doctors and nurses know about this, but when I asked for a refund, no one wanted to be responsible for this and the lady at the reception was very rude to me. I explained to her that I can't afford 493 dollars worth of vitamins, but she doesn't care about my problem and she also doesn't let me explain to the owner to get a solution."
