"I have been going to Fayez for several months Their front desk friendliness and service is the best! Staff are event better. Latte/cappuccino or whatever you want while you get your service. The hair salon is FAST! And efficient. Waiting only for colour to be processed. So many hands helping all stylists it’s impressive to see them work. Pedicures. I highly recommend the Spa Pedi. Its worth the dollars."

"Sarah is a Goddess. Absolute magical powers. I had given into a life of uneven skin, decade old black heads that made it impossible for me to smile with confidence, just kinda watching the flawless people on the street and thinking "I wish that could be me." I had tried everything. Nothing could help, and I damaged my skin quite severely with certain products. On top of it all, I have incredibly sensitive skin around my lips, and any trauma will result in a cold sore. So I was *very skeptical* about putting my face in the hands of another human. But she's a genie, not human, so maybe that's why I trust her so much, haha After 3 years watching her magic work, I took the plunge and boy oh boy, you should, too. Sarah took every concern and question deeply seriously. Her space, professionalism, and presence can't be topped. She somehow manages high-end class af but with the down to earth vibe that even a first time hippie like myself felt so comfortable .. but for me personally, it was her added eagerness to make sure I knew every thought and worry had a safe space to be said that meant the world. During my panic attacks, I can sit up for a moment, and she's so calm and sweet while I get it out and lay back down. Not only do I now have a face I can't believe .. literally confuses me most days .. I mean, I walk around with no makeup with a level of confidence I have never experienced in life, and I even had to invest in all new makeup because my other stuff didnt make sense with my new even face. But I also consider her a fanatic friend. She just grabs your heart that way. No one who treats you so special and unique could get away with not being considered an important and irreplaceable part of my life. I use the product line Back To Earth, and I've tried dozens, but this one is sublime. It just feels so .. clean! Nothing is dried out or greasy, I can't get enough of it. Obsessed. I would wash my face 6 times a day if I could. Her working so hard to find a product I can use at home has been the gift of two of the best parts of my day. One day, perhaps I'll get a massage (i know multiple people who go to her and only her, so as a third party, I can confirm she's a legend. My partner was in a car accident, and her work has been invaluable), but again, her patience and kindness as I get over my fear of that is just one of a kind. I don't feel pressured. I just feel seen. These lines of work are so undervalued. They give you something of yourself back. And people like Sarah take that part of the work very seriously. She's the only one I've met that does."

"I went for a restorative beauty facial. The facial wasn't bad, the products they used were very soothing but also highly scented. My skin was quite glowy and refreshed afterwards. But the service here isn't great. Other spas that I've been to have given you coffee or tea while you wait, or during your spa treatment. But for this spa I was given a cold bottle of water as I was leaving. No one was at the front desk when I came in. The staff weren't very communicative during the facial and when I arrived they were having a rude conversation about other staff members quite loudly in the back. The prices are also quite expensive. They tried to sell me on another facial that was almost $200, and they said if I pre-paid I would get 10% off. The products they sell here are also very expensive. The price is definitely not worth what you get."

"I have seen Lana in the past for spa services and it was a lovely experience. This review is regarding the Sciton laser unit the spa offers treatment with. I decided I would treat myself to Forever Young BBL to help diminish some skin aging due to years of sun exposure as a lifeguard. My first treatment was a great experience. Lana is very through in her skin assessment and treatment recommendations. She was mindful to explain the process and keep me updated with each step of the process. My results after one treatment were amazing. They send you home with a post care kit and even call the next day to make sure all is well. I am beyond satisfied now after 2 treatments and will definitely go into maintenance mode 1 to 2 times yearly after the third treatment. The whole process has made me appreciate my skin health and it was a luxurious gift to myself. Thank you to Anita's Spa for their education and care. An update, I continue to see Lana for facials and occasional laser to keep up the results. My skin has never been better. ❤️ It's now almost 4 years since I started having occasional visits to Anita's Spa. My favourite service is the hydration facial. I really feel cared for by Lana and all the staff there. You can sense that Lana puts her healing soul into all that she does. It's such a wonderful part of self care to gift this to myself. I highly recommend getting several gift certificates during the amazing Christmas sale that comes up every year."
