"Feb. 17-What a great way to enjoy a day off - enjoyed a morning Reflexology massage (focussing on my feet) by Sabrina then a Lymphatic Drainage massage by Alexia. I can only say try both massages; you won't be disappointed at all. Both massage therapists are fantastic in their specialty. I have to say, the Lymphatic Drainage massage made me feel so relaxed during the entire time (including the time I fell asleep ????). Wouldn't recommend planning anything afterwards but simply relax . Thank you Sabrina and Alexia for all your time and energy; looking forward to future massages. This was on another day - Really and truly- After a day's work, treat yourself to a massage (it's super relaxing and you feel so good too). I enjoyed an exfoliating (corporel not wrap) body massage and my skin feels so soft (slept like a baby last night too). Thank you Randa!! Looking forward to my next massage."

"I can't rave enough about Josie and Liz at Riverside Massage Therapy and Wellness Clinic. I am new to the area, and I was lucky enough to find this fantastic duo after a recommendation from my sister who has visited Josie in the past when her regular/longstanding RMT has been unavailable. I met with Liz initially for reflexology, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. I have been for several visits now, and we have explored other techniques, including Reiki and head massage. I always leave feeling more positive and relaxed thanks to Liz. I met with Josie for the first time after meeting with Liz twice, and Josie immediately identified a potential cause for chronic pain I have been experiencing that no other practitioner has mentioned. After meeting with Josie twice, I am feeling more hopeful that my pain can be reduced and maybe even resolved, which is amazing. I had a double visit with Josie and Liz yesterday, and it was absolutely fantastic. They worked together seamlessly to make me feel like royalty throughout my appointment. When I got off the table, I felt physically and emotionally lighter and more positive, and I woke up feeling less pain this morning than I have in a very long time. I have already scheduled and look forward to my next double visit. Josie and Liz are both extremely kind and empathetic, and it is evident that they truly care about the wellbeing of their clients. I swear, they both have magic hands. You should do yourself a favour and reach out to schedule with at least one of them, but I encourage you to meet with them both (either individually or separately). You won't be disappointed.
