"I’ve been coming to Opal and Ivy Since November. I can confidently say as somebody who gets her hair done frequently I will never change salons again. I come here for everything, hair, waxing, tinting and all around the connections I’ve made here as a client. I personally see Jazym Weibe who has been the best hair stylist I have been to, to date. She is very detailed and wants you to walk out with all your hair goals while also being very transparent with your hair needs. She creates memorable experiences with the people in her chair. She makes you feel like she’s a friend you haven’t seen in ages and you pick up right where you started! She has made me feel more confident in my hair journey than anybody I know! Amanda is a fanatic owner who strives for her environment to be welcoming and positive. They are very accommodating for scheduling as well!! All staff members here are wonderful and I could not ever recommend a better place than this. You will not be disappointed with any of there services, especially customer service."

"The physio, rmt, and kenis were all great! Why i have to leave this review was an egregious invasion of my personal information and failure on behalf or the manager. It’s taking me a little bit of time to write this review because I wasn’t sure that after thinking about it I felt the need to leave a review. This was an ICBC thing and Counselling was covered that I told them, firmly, that I was not Interested in doing counselling with anyone at their office because I have my own counselor. However, days later, I get a cold call from a counsellor at their office actually soliciting business out of me. That is a contravention of the CASW guidelines. It was incredibly cringe. Not only that, but I reached out to the front desk and I was very upset that my personal information was shared and I got a solicitation from a counsellor and by no means was I unhinged but the woman at the front desk felt the need to argue with me… And then the manager argued with me that that was normal and it was totally OK that someone was just literally reading my file and I had no idea who they were and then they tried to solicit a counselling business out of me. This one is a minor but I just remember that the manager solicited a good review out of me, which was true at the time, and promise a gift card that never made its way to me. This is why, despite receiving more coverage, I have not returned to this office."

"This clinic is awesome! Harjoot Dhillon is a great chiropractor that is easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I have also been seeing Austin Ferguson and he always has me feeling proper after massage treatments. I would highly recommend both of them. The front staff is also respectful and helpful. Just great people here all around!"

"I had an awful experience here with 0 communication from the management after I tried to get in touch with them. I was left with bruises all over my back and shoulder in more pain from the massage than I had before the appt. It was supposed to be a relaxation massage and I told the masseuse it was too painful and she did not stop/go lighter on the pressure. Do not waste your money here."

"Best massage I had. I highly recommend Arnold. He is very accommodating and professional. He focused on pressure points on my back that I haven't experienced in other massage therapists. It released all the tension in my shoulder and back. Price is very reasonable, location is very accessible and bed is so comfy. "I can't say enough good things about Carly! I came to her with a pretty big challenge: I wanted to transition from black hair to a gorgeous red/brown combo. I was nervous because it's a drastic change and I've had bad experiences in the past with color treatments. But Carly was amazing from the start.
