She was rude and had a scowl the whole time. 2 times she was yelling at my massuse through the door to the point she had to go outside to talk to her which kind of ruined the massage. She shouldn't be greeting customers or she should find another job because she seems to hate this one. I already tipped my massuse but when I paid she didn't want to give me back my change either."
