"Honestly disgusted with the service. I had a 2:30pm appointment. I was gifted a spa package from my sister for Christmas, as I am 6 months pregnant, she knew I could use it. I was there on time and proceeded to sit on the sofa for 20+ minutes while the woman (who I am sure is the owner) helped someone with insurance. Then to add insult to injury another person walked in with the same insurance issue she proceeded to help them. Then after all of that she begins to tell me that she is ill and does not want to provide me with a facial. I requested cash for the value of the service, as I am came during a work day all the way from Niagara Falls, and was told sorry no. With little to no remorse. I understand you don’t feel well. Then tell me that before you spend 20+ minutes helping two other people. Must not have been ill enough to do that. Maybe because it was a gift certificate and she already made her money off of it, she doesn’t feel the need to follow through. Been to many spas - never in my life."

I hold a lot of tension in the head, jaw, neck, and upper shoulders and it was pure magic to release all of that! I sometimes spend a lot of time at the computer for work and Sarah took care of all of that tension! The massage room and general vibe was very relaxing allowing me to sink into relaxation even further. I felt comfortable with her right away. As an animal lover, I adore seeing her pets!! Looking forward to monthly treatments for maintenance. Thank you!"

"yesterday I came to this location to remove my acrylic nails & they did not fully remove the acrylic as you can see in these pictures. I was charged $16.95 I did end up going to another nail salon that told me that it’s still on & they end up having to take it off. Unbelievable that a something so simple couldn’t be done properly. I’m really upset. I had two different people at this location tell me it’s off when I questioned it. I really wasted my money. I do enjoy getting my nails done regularly & I would have liked to try this place but I will not be returning due to the service I received."

For my first facial (and time at this salon) I am blown away! She can read the room and talk when I want to chat but quiets during the massage. Impressed is an understatement!"

"So happy to find this new DixieQ Massage Place located right inside the Dixie Mall Shopping Centre. This place is massive! What I like is that....they offer 10+ VIP Rooms and each room has decent soundproof so you don't hear other's convo which is much appreciated if you want a nice quiet "ME" time. This place is inviting, big, clean and modern. I enjoy the spa soothing music. The blanket, massage table, everything is clean. Washroom is located in the spa so you don't have to go to the ones at the mall. Nice hot green tea. Most importantly, the pricing is fair, reasonable and competitive. I chose a 60 minute full-body massage for $68 CDN + tax (which I called to make an appointment, the staff said currently it's $10 off, which is $58 + tax). They didn't say for how long this discount will be but it's a great deal. The masseuse has great technique and massage style, moment she puts her hands on my neck, I knew she knows her stuff. Great amount of pressure on my body and she just hits all the right spots. I highly recommend this place, super glad this is open and right inside the big Dixie Mall. I will come back and often."

"Received a classic pedicure as a gift. The technician was new. My nails were cut way to short it hurts the day after. Foot buffing was done great. I was told to wait 15-20 minutes for my nails to dry after she applied the top layer drying drops. It was known I was wearing running shoes. After 25 minutes I left after looking around at the shoe store. When I got home and removed my socks and shoes I noticed my polish was completely ruined. When I called back the girl who answered offered no apology and was not able to have me come back the same day to have it fixed. She was also very hesitant and reluctantly agreed when I tried confirming that getting the polish redone would be free of charge. She also said that the nail polish has a 45 minute drying time if wearing shoes right after and that they are “working” on getting dryers… I originally scheduled an appointment for 2 days later and then cancelled as I will not be going back ever again. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had and the most expensive one $80!"

"Good nail salon . We booked with Sarah and she had great attention to detail. She copied the photo we brought into a T. You just want to be careful when picking nail designs. You get charged per stencil,per gem,per color..it can add up. Oftentimes you go to pay and it's way more than what you thought.. It seems like the more you pay the better service you get.. Say you're getting a simple $50 pedicure they won't take as much time and consideration."
