"Went here this weekend with my hubs for a post-wedding spa date. We both did the head spa and I got the Milbon smoothing treatment. Not only does my scalp and hair feel amazing, the whole experience was amazing. I was so relaxed and loved every minute of it. We had private rooms, the aromatherapy was perfect, and the vibes were lovely. We had head, ear, forehead, and shoulder massages and they used also sorts of fun tools that felt amazing. Both our technicians were so kind and attentive, ensuring temperature and pressure were perfect and that we felt comfortable. And I am a control freak about my hair and honestly, it's never felt so soft and my scalp has never looked so clean and healthy. 10/10! Now that we know this exists, it'll be something we do a few times a year i think."

"Overall it was a great experience. Despite there being a bit of a language barrier, in which I didn't really communicate any pain I was having, the lady still managed to find and make my shoulder feel better without me telling her it was bothering me. I've had a rotator cuff injury off and on for years and for months now it's been awful to the point my workouts have been severely impacted. Next day after the massage and there's no pain at all. Even when I do stretches or rotate it. I'm actually shocked. It didn't feel great at the time but whatever she did worked. Hopefully it stays like this. Their linens could use an update and it would be helpful to drape the massage table first so people can just climb into the covers, for modesty reasons. I'm very happy with the experience overall tho. I got 30 min foot reflexology and 60 min massage combo. Very decent prices which helps those of us who don't have benefits."

"This place is wonderful. My daughter brought me and we had a fun, relaxing, rejuvenating afternoon. Very clean and staff was great. Highly recommend. 2 suggestions - as I am allergic to aloe vera, an ingredients list on toiletry products would be very useful. It is omnipresent!!! Also, more benches in the change room really are necessary. There is room for 2 more and it is currently quite crowded on the single bench provided. Otherwise, loved it!"

"I took my friend for her birthday! We had the facial and 60 minutes full body massage. The facial was great but NOT worth the price. I had the exact same facial for $ 60. The massage is more for athletes or people with certain pain. I wanted something to relax and rejuvenate (which the girl on the phone said was my package) but I got lessons on how to stretch and areas that maybe be troublesome to me. ... Honestly I would not recommend because of thr pricing and the service BUT the people are great..."

The only improvements that there were no seniors massage services. Overall, there were different 32 services to choose from. User-friendly website to book appointments, and pricing were affordable. "Booked a 45 minute deep tissue Massage received a 35 minute relaxation massage. Left feeling my muscles were just as tight as when I came in. When I asked for more pressure I was told this was a new vibration technique. (Every other Massage place I go to asks how the pressure is several times throughout my massage ) I mentioned I play sports and I am use to discomfort during the consultation. Not sure why this technique was used on me without asking. Manager responded to my email but I decided not to give it another try as I had already spent money, my appointment was late and no form of credit was offered just a justification that the vibration technique provides relief without the discomfort and apology for starting late."

"I purchased a package of 4 laser treatments for my face. It was a waste for me as it seems like it did not make a difference. My main goal was to get rid of my side burns.. In my consultation i was told if 4 was not enough then they will work something out for me. I told Simran that the treatments are not working and each time I was told to monitor the growth. In the end of the sessions I was told that grey hair cannot be removed.I don’t know why they did not mention this in the beginning. This spa was only concerned about selling packages, client care or satisfaction is not their priority."

My nails look absolutely gorgeous.They spend the time to shape them and make sure they are exactly what I wanted. They last and don’t break or chip on me. It’s the one place I continue to go back to where my acrylic nails last the longest! I have gone for pedicures too which have been incredibly relaxing, and my feet feel so soft and refreshed after. "Does Maggie work miracles? Probably not, but it sure seems like it. We took out 6 mo in because he was very upset on his tummy and always opted out of tummy time. She made him feel very comfortable and was able to massage regardless of how he was positioned so he didn’t get stressed. It is the next day and he has been happily in his tummy for the last 20 minutes playing. This is either magic or she is VERY good at what she does. Will we go back? We have already made another appointment."

The entire service lasted for less than 30 minutes, with only about 2 minutes dedicated to the massage, which is not what I expected for a deluxe treatment. For the price I paid, I was hoping for a more relaxing and thorough experience. There are plenty of other places in Airdrie that offer better value for the money, so I definitely won’t be returning to this one. It just wasn’t worth it."
