Courtenay educated me on what products to use and how to care for my nails to ensure they last. She clearly has an insane amount of knowledge about her industry. You can tell she has passion about her craft. The one on one experience was amazing and I will NEVER go back to loud, over crowded salons who were only looking to get me in and out as fast as possible. "Attentive staff . Had a massage that was good and a mani pedi. Unfortunately not able to complete the three in 4 hours. Had to get back to my infant . They put the wrong colour (shellac) on my nails which was part of the issue. Had no drummel to remove it had to do the acetone and tin foil. I was a bridesmaid so very specific colour needed or otherwise wouldnt have cared. Had to go back and was charged 35 dollars for the polish when my receipt from the tuesday indicated i had paid already. Shellac manicure came off 48 hrs later on one nail. Completely off index. Photo included below time stamped. Would return to have them fix it but live 5 hours away."

"I have decided not to return to this establishment. I had an appointment with a therapist named Alice, but unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. I visited on Friday, March 31, 2024, and I felt that the service did not meet my needs. The massage consisted only of a hand rub, which was not what I had anticipated. Additionally, the pace was quite slow, and I felt that the overall experience did not utilize the full time effectively. In the past, I had positive experiences here, so perhaps other therapists provide better service."

Since working from home and sitting too much in front of the computer, I've been suffering from lower back pain, shoulder pain and neck pain. I went to Archer's clinic for a treatment and was absolutely amazed by how knowledgeable and professional he is and how effective the treatment was. The 1 hour treatment was packed with different techniques and he share with me remedial exercise that I can do at home to speed up the recovery. I felt that Andrea really listened to me in terms of my "aches and pains". Suggestions were made on different ways to address them, which indicated vast knowledge within her own field of integrative medicine; as well as considerable knowledge of other therapies that may help. For someone like me, 59 years old trying to do physical activities of a 30 year old, her expertise and professionalism was extremely appreciated. The treatment itself was amazing! In fact, after I left there I went for a 15 min jog-something I haven't been able to do since November. The clinic itself exudes warmth and calm.
