"The Cantonese speaking girl did not give a 50 minute massage despite charging the full $55 for it. She kept leaving and going elsewhere. When it came time to pay, the tips option started at 15%. I didn’t want to give her that much tips, but couldn’t choose anything else. I will not let her massage me again."

"Stumbled across this location by seeing their sandwich board out front showing the fantastic pricing and services offered. After reading the reviews on here and trusting that the location was legit, I went in and am so happy that I did! I did not have an appointment but they said I could squeeze in for a half hour slot. I got the 30 minute reflexology massage and after the first two minutes wished it would never end! The massage was fantastic, the ambiance was extremely calming and comfortable, and the staff was so friendly and hospitable. If you are questioning whether to check this place out or not, I cannot recommend it enough! You won't regret it!"

"The staff at Clinique De Mode are friendly, but unfortunately, I did not receive the level of professionalism or results I was expecting from the Forma facial I had there. I have been getting Forma treatments at another clinic in Toronto for a few years, and when Clinique De Mode opened a location near me, I decided to give it a try. I visited a week before my wedding, and the nurse suggested doing Forma on my forehead. This had never been recommended at my previous clinic, as they advised against it due to the skin being too thin. However, the nurse at Clinique De Mode assured me that it was safe, so she proceeded. Toward the end of the treatment, it became uncomfortably hot, and I had to ask her to stop. She reassured me that this was normal, but I left with a red spot on my forehead, which turned into a scar two days later. I contacted the clinic to inform them of what happened, and they responded by downplaying my concern, stating that the mark was just hyperpigmentation and would eventually fade. They even offered to provide scar cream, which seemed contradictory if it was supposedly only hyperpigmentation. I'm leaving this review because, two months later, the scar is still there. While the staff at Clinique De Mode were courteous, I don't believe they demonstrated the level of knowledge and professionalism that customers expect. Based on my experience, I would not recommend getting Forma treatments here."

I had the relaxation facial and I don’t think I can go back to any other treatment. I went in feeling stressed and over extended and I left feeling rejuvenated. The effects last for weeks. "Don’t buy gift cards from them, theirs system handling of gift cards are TERRIBLY managed!!! My friend had been using them frequently for massages, and one day, she bought a gift card for My birthday. I didn’t use it for a while, but when I tried to redeem it, I was told that the balance on THIS card was zero! What an absurd situation! My physical gift card was with me the entire time for the balance of $125 +$25 promotion in total! As a result, I had to pay out-of-pocket for a service I was supposed to get for free. I was incredibly disappointing! I called my friend, and she was shocked to hear what had happened. I know my friend well, and I’m sure she couldn’t just use this gift card balance for her own service! It’s clear that instead of correctly applying the gift card as payment, mistakenly credited the balance to her spa account. She ended up using it unintentionally, as she was thinking she still has some money in her spa account. Management did not even apologize for the mix-up! They claimed that my friend had authorized them to use the gift card for her own service. Which is totally absurd, because she didn’t know they are taking money from MY gift card! The owner then suggested that my friend buy another gift card for me, which felt like a way to shift responsibility. I am deeply disappointed, and both my friend and I are very upset by how this was handled. We will never use this company’s gift cards again and would advise others to avoid them as well."

"I had such an amazing massage with Nicki! She really knows how to work out tension—her technique was perfect, and she applied just the right pressure to melt away the knots. By the end of the session, I felt completely relaxed and free of tension. The playlist was amazing, and the space had such good energy. The essential oils smelled incredible and really added to the relaxing vibe. I can’t recommend Nicki enough if you’re looking for a truly rejuvenating massage! I cant wait to go back !"

When we came, only 1 person was booked and they’re offering for the other person to wait 1 hr, so the same therapist will service both of us. The therapist would be exhausted already if we did accept. We just left. Never coming back, worst experience for a first time. Ruined the night."
