"End of experience was rushed because we didn’t know what time they closed and no one told us that they were closing or gave us a warning that they were closing in 20 minutes, etc. The manager allowed us more time to do the sauna because we hadn’t done it yet and there was no awareness or heads up that they were closing soon. I appreciated this and only took a few short minutes in the sauna and went to the front to pay while my friend chose to take more time in the sauna before showering, etc. The manager was very unprofessional and the situation was handled poorly. She had a rude temperament & she made a comment about my friend who was still getting dressed in the back as I waited in the seat at the front area. She said aloud but not directly towards anyone.. “She also says that she’s been here many times so I don’t understand how she doesn’t know”. I sat there watching and listening. I said “I’m sorry, I didn’t catch that. What did you say?” Because I was unsure if she was talking to me, or one of the other employees and she said “oh nothing.” I felt very uncomfortable and even though I had a great massage, it ruined the overall experience. The customer service really made this place not worth the 200 sum dollars that I paid. After being so relaxed which is why we went to the spa in the first place, I was shaking and felt very stressful knowing that she was visibly upset. It tarnished my experience and for the price I was very displeased with being rushed. If you see on my chart I already suffer from anxiety so the tension towards the end added to my experience not being pleasant. The tension from the blonde lady who I think may have been the manager caused me great anxiety after my services. I would like to request a refund but I felt uncomfortable complaining because with the catty atmosphere I didn’t think it would have been matched with professionalism or fairness. I just will never go back to this place. She mentioned that they switched systems so my friend's previous data and information was not stored and she was upset that it took extra time to add her insurance to the system which was also not our fault. I believe they close at 5 on Saturdays. Around 6:10 we left the building. I understand that this was an inconvenience to the staff. I was frustrated myself. I just would have liked it to be handled differently because It was my first time there, and I was unaware of the timing for closure. I would say it is a great place. The massage was wonderful and the snacks were great. However, make sure you stay on top of your time while relaxing to fit everything in to avoid going over time if you book their last time slot for the day."

"I went to Lotus day spa to have a lash lift and tint done. I have had this service provided by other places in the past. Ashley was my technician and she did the most amazing job!!! I will never go anywhere else to get my lashes done again. I love that the spa sends me monthly email specials. This is how I found out they offered this service. I've had other services completed here and it is always clean, professional, and staff is fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend the Lotus Day Spa."

"First time fantastic experience, me and my husband booked an appointment online for the 50 minute foot massage which also includes the legs. So good, I saw so many tik toks of people local saying it's painful however we didn't find it painful at all. It was such an enjoyable experience. "Rating: 2/5 I visited Advanced Laser last summer and purchased three separate packages. Photo Rejuvenation, 1540 Fractional Laser, and Tattoo Removal, spending a very large amount. While the staff was courteous and the environment seemed professional, I was ultimately disappointed by the overall value and results. Each package included three sessions. I found the first sessions to be decent, but the second often felt minimal, almost as if little to nothing was done. The third sessions were okay, but I couldn’t help but feel the treatments were intentionally dialed down to encourage return visits rather than deliver strong, visible results from the start. All of the treatments I left with pink skin which had turned to normal by the evening, other I know who have had the fractional laser elsewhere were pink to red for 24-72 hours with visible improvements. My experience was with tattoo removal for my eyebrows was also frustrating. I had yellow pigment left from a previous treatment elsewhere, and I was told it could be addressed, but the technician didn’t even treat the yellow during the first session, focusing instead on colors that weren’t the issue so there was no change. When I brought it up, I was asked to pay full price for another session. After pushing back, they did reduce the cost, but I still ended up paying extra to fix something that should have been handled properly the first time. And yellow still remaining but not as bright. Although the staff are very friendly here I did not feel my investment and my time were valued."

However, I bought the laser hair removal package for my face (2 small areas) which costed me over $500 in total for 6 sessions. After regular sessions for 6 months I noticed no difference in my hair growth. So I went again to get one more session for laser outside my package I bought, I again paid over $100 for 2 small areas of my face. I continue to get hairs on my face and was told, it’s due to multi-vitamins I take????. I feel totally ripped off when I see other places offering unlimited treatments for the year in a way less amount compared to what I paid. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THE CLINIC FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL????"
