"We strolled in on a Saturday evening and were delighted they were able to take us for a 50 minute massage. The place is very clean and classy. I got a shiatsu pressure point massage because I have sciatica and my friend had a lovely gentle massage. Both our massages were wonderful. I walked back to my hotel totally pain free, for the first time in a long time. I had a male masseuse and I didn’t catch his name but he was very good and thorough. I would highly recommend this spa!"

"I had the most wonderful birthday experience at Fairmont Spa at Fairmont Pacific Rim. Upon entering, my massage therapist Katie had written a "happy birthday" sign to me with my name displayed on the table. I appreciated how she was so welcoming and warm. During my massage, Katie was attentive and tailored her service to meet all my needs. I had mentioned to her the areas on my body where I felt most sore, and she was able to help heal and release the tension in all those areas. She also made sure that all other parts of my body were attended to and took the time to explain the significance of doing so to support the overall balance and wellbeing of my body. The massage on my feet and hands were surprisingly relaxing and soothing. Katie is such an angel and a true healer! I am so grateful to have been able to get pampered at Fairmont spa, and I would highly reccomend Katie."

"I had a very unpleasant experience trying to retrieve a gift card I had received from this spa. After losing the email with the gift card details, I reached out for assistance, expecting a smooth resolution. Unfortunately, the General Manager I spoke with was not only unhelpful but also extremely condescending. Customer service should be at the heart of any business, especially in a hospitality-focused industry like a spa. I hope this review serves as a reminder that people deserve to be treated with kindness and professionalism, regardless of the situation."

"Excellent visit today. Had the 50 minute foot massage, although I opted to include a 10 min shoulder massage as well. Pressure was perfect and afterwards my feet felt fantastic. Lose a star for someone sniffling constantly which was rather off putting. Definitely would return and the price is amazing for the quality of service."

"I am a new client at Davie Street Village RMT who absolutely loves this place! It is professional, clean, friendly, accepts and quickly processes extended benefits for you without any costs or fuss to you. Always with a smile, Chris the reception / owner is absolutely the nicest, welcoming and respectful person to start or end a "stress filled" day! The RMTs are all well trained, professional, funny, engaging (or not, your choice), informative, instructive (post therapy advice), and open to all questions without any sense of judgement or feeling of inappropriateness for asking something "embarrassing". Trust me, that's a really GOOD THING!!!! Muscle strains from various activities happen in life, and sometimes, making up a story to hide some kind of unique embarrassment makes the problem worst by getting the wrong therapy to fix the issue! I have worked with Austin, Nic, and Kyle / owner, and have been 100% satisfied and happy with their professionalism, knowledge, attention, perceptiveness, skill, friendliness, non-judgemental attitude, and willingness to cater the massage to your appropriate needs and comfort level. Although I have not tried the remaining RMTs yet, I believe they are equally great therapists as Kyle and Chris seem to have hired people of quality, character, expertise, knowledge, training, and professionalism. Book early as Austin, Nic, Kyle, and the other RMTs fill up early, especially in October, November, and December. Most were completely filled during 2018 and Chris was great at keeping a waiting list possible. Thanks!!! Love this place! Not going to any other RMT in Vancouver 100%!!"
