My friend and I were met with gracious welcoming and I had the Thai combo massage and my friend chose the aromatics...I had been suffering for months with lower back/SI joint pain and after my massage/ stretching session, I no longer am suffering!!! Absolutely was taken care of!!! And the delicious Applewood tea that was given afterwards!!! I will be back next time I'm in town for sure!!! My new hot spot in Burnaby!!! And reasonably priced as well!!!"

"I've been going to this place for haircuts for years and years, and not once have I been disappointed. My hairdresser is usually Mandy, and she always does such an amazing job with my hair. Even when I'm not entirely sure what I want, she always creates something that I end up loving and that works with my face. I also have a sensitive ear piercing that's been taking forever to heal, and the last appointment I went to she was super careful around it which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this salon for more reasons than I have room to state. Keep it up yall, you're doing great!"

"I and my husband have been going to Allyson for 20 months now. We have experience excellent unbelievable massages each and every time we go. We book our appointments every other week, never once have we been dissatisfied with her services. Allyson has always been extremely professional, understanding and caring. My husband has Parkinson’s and she has been able to help him with his pain relief. I have even started to get her laser treatments for my feet and found that they are helping me for my Plantar fasciitis. I have given gift certificates out to friends and have recommended her services to may of my friends as well. They have been extremely happy as well with their treatments."

"First time coming here and I was super excited to get my nails done! I just feel like there was no connection or communication between me and my nail tech (Tracy.) all she did was get me some water and then got to work. She didn’t really ask me anything besides the length and shape.. there was no cuticle care at all just straight to filing. I’m a little disappointed because my nails turned out pinker than they should have and it’s almost a clash against my skin tone:(. I feel like this could have been avoided by just talking to me about what she was doing. At one point my nail tech pulled out a whole bunch of water color paint thing for my leopard print and it didn’t even really look like she knew what she was doing… my thumbs aren’t properly aligned and the whole set has imperfections. I’m a little disappointed but I will attach the photos of my nails and reference photos below."

"My body is sore all over from heavy workouts and I am in desperate need of a massage. I booked an appointment Friday night for a Saturday morning session. The system showed multiple availabilities and I was surprised but happy to be able to get one so soon. I was very excited and looking forward to the massage. Saturday morning came and 30 minutes before my appointment, the receptionist called to say that their system "double booked" me and they actually cannot accomodate me for today. I was very upset and disappointed. She did not offer any additional assistance nor did she try to make up for the mistake their system made. I will not ever go to this massage bar and will not recommend. The service is severely disappointing."

"Walked in for a 60min massage and ended up with 75min thanks to availability. Honestly the massage was amazing, my body feels lighter and all the tensions from my recent move (house moving) left. Therapists are skilled (couple massages) and nice. I recommend and will be back for sure!"

"Incredible service from the moment I arrived. All of the staff are so kind and professional which really elevates the experience. Great amenities all around— I basically had the place to myself which was an extra bonus. Best hot stone massage I’ve ever had with delicious treats and juice afterwards. A lovely relaxing space that is beautifully decorated and taken care of. The only downside is that being in the basement you do hear the subway when it passes through. This threw me initially but would definitely not stop me from returning. Highly recommend!"

"First time having a professional facial and couldn’t be happier! I saw Ms. Ginny who was wonderful. Exceptionally professional, thorough. I opted for the “Glow and Go” hydra facial and am very pleased with the outcome. I will be returning for further treatments and would absolutely recommend this location and Ginny specifically, to friends and family. The office itself is extremely clean, tidy and organized. Treatment rooms very comfortable. •• Just completed my second visit to Clinique and seeing Ms. Ginny. I really can’t find a single thing to critique or which needs improvement. Hydra facial with added manual extraction, brightening treatment and lip treatment. Ms. Ginny is nothing less than AMAZING. Detailed, patient and careful. She explained everything before hand and makes sure to answer any questions you have. Always making sure you’re comfortable and happy with the progress at each stage. And while you can certainly stay silent once the treatments begin if you feel like it, I’ve found the conversation with Ms. Ginny wonderful and she’s very knowledgeable about products and particular ingredients if you want to ask her professional opinions. And on top of it all, Ms. Ginny doesn’t try to upsell anything!!! She even explained that the idea I had of undergoing three sessions of Pico laser wasn’t really necessary. I have a very faint discolouration “mask”from a bad sunburn as a kid. Only visible in certain lights or if I get overheated. Ms Ginny explained that because of my skin tone and how minor the discolouration is, I could actually achieve multiple of my skin goals with a mild peel rather than going through 3 laser sessions. The fact Clinique doesn’t engage in upselling and directs you to the best choice, even if means you’re spending less, is such an important factor when finding the right spa and person to trust with you skin. If you’re considering booking an appointment, rest assured you’ll be visiting a highly professional spa with expertly trained, honest and friendly skin professionals and I can personally attest to Ms. Ginny and her top tier skills. So, so happy I started visiting Clinique!!"

"One of my favorite spas hands down. The experience is always above par. The workers are friendly, welcoming and helpful. They go above an depend to make sure you are comfortable and your experience is enjoyable. The spa itself is beautiful and extremely clean. There are 2 lounges (unisex and women's only) where you can relax before or after your treatment. They provide you with fresh fruit, cookies and hot organic tea. My massage therapist was excellent. She definitely knew her stuff and worked out all my knots and tension. I've been going to NovoSpa for over 10 years and even though I've moved to Kitchener, I still make the trek down just to visit."

"Super friendly staff at the reception desks as well as inside the club. They provide you with a locker key on entry to store your belongings as you change into some robe and shorts that they also provide for you. For their amenities, they have a steam room, a hot jacuzzi and a cold pool for you to use. I was early for my scheduled time, so the staff offered me my choice of soda refreshments and some light snacks while I waited. When it was my time for the massage, the masseuse was super friendly and beautiful so it was exactly what I was looking for. I hope to visit again in the future! 5/5 stars! Thank you for a great massage!"

"Ive had some great hot stone massages in the past. So today I drove all the way from McKenzie Towne to Le Germaine for a hot stone massage the day after my birthday. It was terrible. She told she would massage me first and then the hot stones would be at the end for circulation. Every hot stone massage I've had before, they use the stones to massage you. I asked her if she could use the stones during the massage. She basically just ran them over my skin. It was terrible i lleft after 20 min. Don't waste your time or money on a hot stone massage here. They asked me to pay for the 20min but I should have refused."

"If you want an amazing experience, this is where you need to go! I have been seeing Vanessa for probably seven or eight years. She knows her stuff! I don’t even ask for a particular facial anymore. She decides for me and let me tell you the results speak for themselves. This spot is extremely cozy comfortable and relaxing. The atmosphere is easily the best one I have ever been in. As I said, Vanessa is extremely knowledgeable and answers any questions I have. She always tells me what is happening in the treatment and what the benefits are. There have been a couple times that Vanessa was unavailable and I was looked after by Jennifer and Jennifer is just as wonderful. These two ladies are top-notch and care very much for their clients. Please do yourself a favor and just go. Make sure to book ahead because these ladies are so good."

So instead of relaxing I was thinking is this worth 30 dollars is she rippinge me off etc. My daughter said they did the same thing to Her too.
