"I recently visited for a couples massage and unfortunately, it was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Both my partner and I requested repeatedly for lighter pressure, as the massage was far too intense, but our requests were ignored. The therapists spoke very little English, which made it difficult to communicate our discomfort. At one point, they even elbowed our heads, which was not only painful but felt unsafe. Despite these issues, we decided to cut the session short from an hour to just 30 minutes, as the pain was unbearable. What was particularly concerning was the lack of understanding of the difference between light and deep pressure. As a therapist, it’s crucial to know how to adjust pressure appropriately—continuing to apply excessive force, especially when the client specifically requests otherwise, can lead to serious injury. Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened here, as both my partner and I had to use muscle relaxants and apply cream afterward to help manage the pain. To make matters worse, at the end of the session, they asked if we wanted to leave a tip, which felt highly inappropriate considering we had to cut our time in half due to the poor quality of the service. I would not recommend this massage to anyone and strongly advise that therapists understand the importance of adjusting pressure to avoid causing harm to their clients."

Kirsten explained everything and when I finished gave me a tour of the hot sauna and cold plunge as well as the two float rooms. Each is serene and cleanly. They check in on you through the treatment. I left feeling like a million dollars. From the layout and ambience to the caring staff, I can't say enough positive things about my experience. The value of treating yourself or having someone else treat you is well worth it. I know I will go back and try the other two experiences or have a massage and acupuncture. I highly recommend it."

I asked very politely and did not request anything "unacceptable" but she shouted loudly over the phone and scolded me why I ask so many questions (she also has a terrible English accent)! I hang up the phone immediately, feeling she is a very aggressive and terrible person not worth wasting my time. All happened within just 1 minute."
