"I had a massage on October 12 at 12pm. My boyfriend also had a massage at the same time by a different therapist and he was extremely happy with it. I recognize I didn’t say anything during the massage but I really wasn’t satisfied with the service. It wasn’t about the pressure as I do like a firm massage, but it just felt very aggressive in the wrong places, and at the end she didn’t wipe off any oil with a hot towel- I just got a tissue wiping my face and neck. She also wore gloves - which I fully understand is a therapists personal preference but in the past anytime I’ve received a massage with gloves I always leave feeling less than satisfied. I emailed the shop after to inform of the situation as I didn’t want to leave a low review due to the fact that my boyfriend was very very happy but I never heard back; we tipped accordingly. I do recommend Lucky Feet as their prices are fair and the other therapists have seemed very good. *UPDATE* The spa manager personally called us to deal with the issue first hand. The professionalism was very much appreciated and we will definitely be back to Lucky Feet!"

Booked a 90 minute massage for this morning—even received a confirmation via email, took the morning off to get the massage and drove there to find the business had not opened for the day yet. I called and called and knocked on the door and no response. My morning was wasted and I feel they owe me a free massage My husband was booked right after me and he even received a confirmation email. So we both wasted our mornings Very very disappointed and will not recommend unless there’s a very good explanation and a very good massage to follow"

"The facility is very nice and Amanda was very nice and professional but I ordered the “fire and ice” facial and now I have serious red blotches all over my face. It’s going to take at least a week for the discolouration to go away, it’s that bad. I basically have chemical burns on my face and my skin is now extremely sensitive and sore to the touch. I have a funeral to attend tomorrow and there’s no way this is going to clear up before then. Would not recommend."

As soon as you open the door you’re welcomed with nice relaxing music, spotless cleanliness and warm smiles of the receptionists. There’s a nice waiting area upstairs with a soft like a cloud armchair to melt in while you’re waiting to be invited into a massage room. I always book myself a traditional Thai massage with masseuse Irene. And I must say she’s very professional, sweet and considerate. She always knows how to be extremely polite yet not overly talkative, which is personally very important for me. "My experience fell far below the standard I expected, and I am compelled to bring several issues to your attention. First, the massage therapist's technique was unprofessional and lacking in skill. The treatment did not meet my expectations in terms of both effectiveness and relaxation. The session felt rushed, and the quality of the massage was not what I anticipated from a licensed professional. The massage therapist failed to massage the front of my body. She massaged the back and then had me flip over and proceeded to massage my jaw for only a very short period of time and that was the end of my service. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the session was shorter than the allotted time. This was especially frustrating as I had specifically scheduled for a full 60-minute appointment, but received far less than that. The massage began at 1:50pm and finished at 1:30pm. I arrived 5 minutes early to fill out the paperwork that was required. Finally, I found the draping during the session to be inadequate and inappropriate, which made me feel uncomfortable and violated my sense of privacy. This was especially concerning considering the standards expected for professional and respectful massage therapy. I have received many massages and I have never experienced such bad technique when it comes to draping. The massage therapist had long nails which made the service extremely uncomfortable."

"Had dysport and plexr plus with 2 different specialists. Both were fantastic. I am very very happy with my results in diminishing my wrinkles. Professional, adept and happy specialists. Just had another plexr plus treatment today with Kelsey and can only say that she is amazing. If this treatment is right for you you will not want to be in public for 10 days post treatment because the healing takes time for the scabs to heal."
