"Such a beautiful place, it has that perfect homey feel with a level of comfortability that makes you never want to leave. The staff is so welcoming and great hosts, they provide free tea with every service, with so many flavours that I personally had never tried before. It’s such a great place for a date night, girls night out, or your own retreat. The sauna itself was amazing, I’ve never felt so relaxed, my bones felt like they were melting in the best way possible. I took advantage of their relaxation room and had a quick stretch, best decision of my life you definitely can’t skip out on. They have showers with complimentary shampoo and conditioner and hairdryers so you really don’t have to bring anything with you. It’s the hideaway you didn’t know you needed. Such a cute hidden gem that I recommend to everyone."

"I called 4 times to make bookings for 3 ladies for a Bachelorette. The receptionist, Susie, said that everything was booked. On the day of one of the girls' booking was magically not there. It was very annoying because the original plan was for reflexology for her, and then that had to get canceled because there was no reflexologist. Thus, the multiple calls were made. Finally we settled with a pedicure, which ultimately didn't happen because the booking was "not in the system". And to think, Susie had also said offered our 4th friend join for a pedicure that day too. I'm happy she did not have to be disappointed. I received the facial which was relaxing however no extraction services were done and I still left with white heads. So it wasn't really worth the price of the service and wouldn't recommend spending money on that service. My friend who had the massage was booked with a therapist with very strong and bad body odor. You would think that at a spa the smells would be pleasing and relaxing. Also, hygiene? Nice ambience, pricey services with poor results, and horrible "system". The receptionist apologized but honestly it doesn't make up for the time lost and overall bad mood that we left with. I was called later and was told I would be given a discount. They refunded me $35 (about 8% of the total service and definitely more than the tip I had left). I wish I had known that one of the bookings had been canceled before I paid so then I wouldn't have left such a high percentage of the tip."
