"I went in and Paid $40 for a half hour of service. I was told I would have to pay an bc additional $40 before my session would start. I refused to pay at this Point, because there is a lack of communication as well as a lack of providing tenants who speak enough can at least being able a $40 transaction. Like come on guys. I felt like I was being robbed by three ladies. Just a horrible experience that could get from nothing into something really fast. I would never recommend this place to anyone."

"Toward the end of my last treatment with Peter, the other lady barged into the room, and very unceremoniously whipped my towel off, leaving me exposed and very uncomfortable. Peter came back in during this time so now there were two people buzzing around me while exposed. I experienced a lot of unnecessary pain during cupping. She mentioned remembering me from my previous visit when she used bamboo cups at first which were too strong for me, so at my request, we switched to glass that time. She mentioned all of this. She put bamboo cups on again, and very tight. I experienced immense pain and said as much but she argued with me instead of just removing the cups like I was asking her to do. She kept on telling me “it’s good for you.” The overall treatment I received was okay and quite long, but not the treatment I requested. I specifically requested foot reflexology and we agreed to what my treatment would be. I was given something very different. My back was in rough shape and Peter really took his time, which I appreciated. After the cupping I just felt like I’d taken a beating, all while being forcefully exposed. Ended up spending extra money on the foot reflexology I’d been seeking all along at another spa, which was great."

"Came here for my bachelorette party to have an afternoon at the spa. Massage was great, facial was good (only reason I’m giving 3 stars). I had to have my pedicure on the bed because the two chairs were taken by my bridal party.. which was fine but it meant that they didn’t bother with a foot soak for me. My biggest issues are: 1) that my calluses/dry skin on my feet were barely worked on (she just kind of messily tore up the bottom of my feet) and 2) it is two days after my pedicure and I have lost 1/2 of all of the polish on my toes. Improper prep was clearly the problem because I allowed about 2.5 hours for my toes to completely dry and I was already missing three complete nails worth of polish the next morning. I now, after only being two days post-pedicure, have 5 toes completely missing polish. As if the entire piece of polish is just flaking right off. Not happy… no quality in this pedicure or longevity. Would not recommend for pedicure services."

"My regular massage place was closed for the week so I thought I would try this out. Firstly, after arriving I kindly asked who was going to massage me and the lady told me to “get out” and “I don’t get to ask who does the massage.” I told her I’m muslim and only asked because I preferred a female massage therapist and that she shouldn’t be so angry that I asked a simple question. Secondly, the sign in the store clearly says $80 per hour, she asked for $100 (which includes a $20 tip) - cash only. Thirdly, before I went into the massage room I asked her if she can refrain from using the elbows too much during the massage, it’s just my personal preference and I am paying $100 after all. She told me again to “get out” and “you don’t tell me how to do the massage.” I told her that I will be leaving because I came to relax not to encounter an angry and rude person. I don’t see this place lasting long, sooner than later it’ll be replaced by something else, and good riddance."

"I’ve tried Flo a few times now as the location is super convenient! I LOVE how clean my nails look after going there. My manicure always looks great, every aspect of it; cuticles, nail art, shape! Shout out to Hanna for the last few sets, she’s lovely and very talented ???? I would 100% recommend her to friends, and I have! My 2 hiccups have been price + the overall work environment. It’s just so dang expensive sometimes (which I can get over sometimes) but I find that some of the staff can be unprofessional. I’ve heard them chatting about each other and clients on occasion or they can come off quite cold/upset. Overall happy with the service Flo provides. I’d go back on occasion as needed."
