"While on a business trip to Vancouver, I wanted to unwind and chose a nearby spa despite some mixed reviews. I was pleasantly surprised! The receptionist was warm and welcoming, making a great first impression. My massage with Sita was the highlight; she was both professional and incredibly skilled, tailoring the session perfectly to my needs. The calming atmosphere added to the overall experience, and I left feeling completely relaxed. This spa exceeded my expectations and turned out to be a wonderful escape. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend it for anyone in need of some rejuvenation!"

"I haven't always had the best experiences here but never left a review. After my last massage last week I felt I needed to. By far one of the worst massages I ever had and even though it was covered by insurance I felt it was a session wasted. In fact it was so bad that it left me needing another massage. I have since found a new clinic and won't be back here. On that day not only was the massage bad, but they were doing some type of renovations in the next room so there was noise and drilling happening. If you have been here before then you know the walls are thin as it is. So my massage that was supposed to be relaxing and reduce stress was anything but. Although it is convenient to get in here, I find that they lack ambiance, quality and overall feels too clinical for my liking."

"Pushy. Willing to see me within 2 hours on agreement without any paperwork. Had to reschedule to next day. 2 emails and a phone call demanding the email questionnaire be answered...before midnight?!? So I blocked their number, I wont attend any appointment or return or correspondence. Obviously the economy is great, and independent businesses can easily afford to alienate and aggravate potenitial new clients. On a scale of 1 to 10, they suck."

"I feel Sunset tan is going down hill for the maintenance of the tanning beds. I had a tan, 2 bulbs were pulled out, 2 bulbs burnt out and the facial burnt out. To me, says your bed isn’t ready for a paying customer to lay in for a complete tan( or discount it) I always use the stand up but it’s also gone for the gold package. The last time I was here and complained about the bulbs being out in the other stand up bed, they didn’t seem to care, or to offer any type of support, possibly provide back minutes as compensation, I paid to be tanned.. not half tanned… please fix the beds or don’t have people using them not completely working."

"My 97-year-old grandfather is a very tidy person, but due to his age, he needed some help with nail care. This place did an absolutely amazing job! The staff were incredibly friendly and patient with him, making sure he was comfortable the entire time. Their attention to detail and kindness really stood out. I highly recommend this place for anyone, especially seniors who need extra care. We will definitely be coming back!"

"For several years now I have been suffering from cervical arthrosis, severe migraines and almost every day I had to take painkillers (3-5 tablets). Appealed to several masseurs, but the results were disappointing. After the first sessions with Anna, I realized that I began to really feel better, I stopped waking up at night from pain, take less medicine and sometimes I can completely do without them for several days, this is unusual and simply wonderful! I know that before a complete cure, time must pass, and periodically the pain will return, but progress is already there. "Great establishment! Everyone is super friendly. I went to get a Massage with the amazing Steven whom always knows how to get out my knots. Then while I waited for my mum, I decided to try to tone my pre bleached hair back to my regular colour without touching my over grown out roots (which were my natural colour of course). I am honestly stunned Mary just produced magic!! My hair is a perfect match, (which she had told me ahead of time she was going to just get it as close as possible) but what ever she did my hair looks so natural like I had never even dyed it in the first place. I highly recommend this place and will be exploring there other services!!!"
