"Wow! Ellie is fantastic. It's a lovely place, clean, and Ellie is amazing at what she does. She makes you feel extremely comfortable, constantly checks about your hair needs and length throughout the haircut. She recommends hairstyles and products based on your hair, but never pushes you to buy anything. She changed my hair from completely flat to full of life, and she's very kind and makes you very comfortable. I'm really happy and will be telling my friends and family about her! She's been doing this for 13 plus years and is very good at what she does"

"Kamal’s day spa is a very relaxing environment, I received eyebrow threading and a head massage. I have thin eyebrows and was worried about them getting thinner. The staff listened to my concerns and made my eyebrows look amazing. The head massage was like heaven, the essential oils were calming and the massage was beyond relaxing. I had a wonderful experience at this place and would recommend this to anyone!!! Thank you Kamals Day Spa for the amazing experience!!"

"Ive been to muse consistently and Emma is a great RMT The only piece of feedback is I noticed even when you are on time for your appointments often I get taken into the room late within 5 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. This means that once the massage is actually beginning this has already eaten 5–10 minutes of 60 minute massage time and the massage ends 5 minutes prior to the 60 minute appointment booking. I would love to see Muse having the full dedicated time booked to the actual massage rather than losing 10-15 mins due to being taken late and ending early when the appointment was started late to begin with"

"Very fun and clean indoor water park! Staff are friendly. I seen the janitors cleaning the washroom area almost every 30 mins ! Which is amazing. The washrooms and change room were very clean. Water area super fun for all ages. I love the option of the baby/toddler splash pad. And many available life jackets. Visited in February which was not busy at all."

"Very disappointed in our experience at the Spa. Our appointment was for 10am. We checked in at 10:03am due to some issues with parking. The receptionist was hostile and told us we were late and was very anxious. She exaggerated what time it was a few times. I called her on it and showed her the time on my iPhone. My husband asked to go to the bathroom and she was very annoyed with him and told him the time again and told us we didn't have time to put robes on. The massage itself was good not great. The massage table was not heated and the blankets were frayed and did not feel at all "luxurious." Our massages were cut short by 15 minutes. We were still charged the full amount. It felt as though we were in trouble with the school principal. We've never experienced a spa treat us like this, EVER. We've never had a spa purposely try to stress us out before our massages. Seems like the opposite of what their goal should be. Their attitude was terrible. The manager told us they had back to back bookings all day. It's a little surprising that they would schedule themselves that tight all day that a 3 minute late arrival would throw the whole system off. We've never, ever experienced anything like this at any other spa ever. Nothing in the paperwork said a 10am appointment meant you have to be on the table at 10am. We were on vacation trying to de-stress- and this experience created a lot of stress. We were charged for their spa mismanagement and overbooking. Three minutes should never make that big of a difference to their system! The manager took 20 percent off when we complained. But, that didn't even cover the amount of time we were shorted- let alone erase the stress they created with their hostile behavior. We will never go back. And, we will tell everyone we know to schedule a massage elsewhere in Niagara on the Lake. (BTW- also had a bad experience with the spa a couple years back. Didn't complain or write a review at that time. But it's worth noting that their customer service and attitude has a long way to go!)"

"Absolutely incredible ???????? I have struggled with scalp psoriasis for as long as I can remember. I only just found out that there exists spa treatments targeted towards psoriasis and I am hooked. Crystal is amazing! I cannot recommend this enough! I have never felt such relief... I will definitely be a repeat client!"
