"The Haman is one of my favorite treatments to get from here. Your treatment quality will depend on your therapist. If you run into a problem I don't believe their customer service is as well run as other establishments. I read a review where someone had an issue and that it was not resolved well. I can see that. In itself though, it's still a nice spa. I've had both great customer service and mediocre. With the pricing you expect exceptional. They seem to be doing some upgrading which is good as I feel they need to try a bit harder with the current competition in the city. they seem to be concentrating on their skin rx. Ten spa is located in the luxurious Fort Gary hotel. Parking is available on the street as well as in the hotel parking lot where you pay when you leave. You can get valet parking but that is much pricier."

"I had booked a massage appointment just after I went to see my chiropractor, for a red light treatment, I was in a great deal of pain He also suggestedI not go for any massage Until this settled down, because of the inflammation. I was suffering from quite significantly at that time so rather than stand them up I went there to explain why I had to cancel my appt ; feeling very disappointed and one of the massage therapist recommended reflexology Instead. I am so happy I did that it was the best reflexology treatment I ever had. I left feeling tingly & relaxed, and my feet felt great.
