"Always a great experience and really appreciate Jack and Linda's efforts at providing a quality service at an affordable cost. I usually get a foot massage and have never been disappointed. Given the structure of their business sometimes they might pause during the session to answer a call however they're always friendly and polite, it doesn't bother me, I tune it out and focus on relaxing. "Have never had a facial before, and finally decided it was time. I decided on the collagen+texture nano-needling facial and I can’t say more great things about my experience. My tech Claudia was amazing and I was shocked at the visible difference I could see and feel the same day. I plan to go back for more of the same treatment as well as try out their hydrating facial. "Visited the Lush spa with my mum. We had the ‘Spell’ head massage and reflexology experience. Kyle and Corrin did our treatments. They were welcoming and extremely Knowledgeable about the treatments and products and did an amazing job! The spa makes you feel instantly relaxed and at home. Great experience! Can’t wait to go back!"

"I'm leaving this review because the current reviews did not reflect my experience; the bottom line - NOT RECOMMENDED if you're looking for a relaxation massage. The staff was extremely lovely and the place was clean but overall, it was like walking into University Housing or a well kept Hostel. Here are a couple of the highlights from my 'massage': - the water they served was highly chlorinated and metallic (exactly what you'd expect from old building tap water) - any ambience was drowned by the sound of a window AC unit (very distracting) - the 'oil' used was so dense the MP had to scrub it off with a towel (also very distracting). The 'oil' still remained on my skin the following day - not a comfortable feeling - the MP was far from a masseuse- she had some great techniques- but overall, it hardly felt like the massage described on their website - finally, once flipped over on my back, my head was left unsupported and dangling in the face hole (not an issue at first). After being left like this for over 45mins - it really started to irritate and my neck began to cramp Again, the staff was extremely lovely and I'm guessing their other treatments are lovely - but my relaxation massage was far from relaxation (and more of a rub than a massage)"

"This was by far the best massage I've ever been given. The lady who did me was an older tinny lady, But extremely strong, And stretched me in ways Never done before. I came here with sn elderly family friend, we both got package B ( 1 hr massages and 45 min foot rub) Was so worth it!! "Ever since a friend recommended Enrique's RMT services to me (about 3-4 years ago), I've been a faithful and happy customer. I don't know why I hadn't taken the time to write this review before! Enrique's approach is just perfect for me. His kind, soothing and expert touch is always responding to my need, whether it is to relax or get rid of a specific tension. He is very generous and respectful, takes his time to provide a thorough service and seems to genuinely care about our physical and mental wellbeing. I refuse to get a massage elsewhere because I don't think many could beat his!"

"I had the pleasure of getting Cody to do my hair, and I was not disappointed! As a new mom, my hair was thinning and not in great shape. I have extremely thick, curly hair that is hard to maintain let alone cut, often taking hair dressers 2+ hours and costing a ridiculous amount. Cody was patient, gentle and knew exactly what to do for my hair and face shape, while still asking questions to ensure I was happy with my look. I was incredibly impressed with the time it took, quality and the price. 10/10 highly recommend booking with him!"

"My wife and I traveled from Chicago to visit Masa Saga Spa and Wellness in Burlington, Ontario, and it was well worth the trip. The treatments were exceptional. My wife, who has vertigo and cold feet issues, received acupuncture, cupping therapy, and an amazing massage. I had stiffness in my shoulder and back, which was expertly addressed. The staff was professional and attentive, providing top-quality care. We left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. We will definitely return. Highly recommend!"

"I put 3 stars because I've got fabulous facial massage. However, I booked the appointment for deep facial cleansing and I barely got it... Trish used excellent masks and oils to treat my face and moisture it, but she did little of deep cleanse and I was left with all my clotted pores... I stated the purpose of my visit before she started, but somehow she decided for me that I need moisture... She does amazing facial massage, but not deep cleanse. So if you're looking to relax and rest for $110 per hour, go on it. The place is small, but nice, clean and calming."

"I discovered this place very recently regardless of being extremely close to my home. I'm glad I found it. There are 2 RMTs available her, I have only had mine with Shannon. But there's male RMT (Chris) that my husband is going to and he also has very good reviews for him. This place is very cozy and comforting as soon as you enter and also the rooms are calming, very clean facility. Shannon is amazing with RMTs, takes her time to understand your problems, and is very focused. She tries her best to bring you out of your painful body. She also uses MPS in her massages which is really helping me in relieving pain. She is very gentle but at the same time effective for you. Love visiting her, wish her appointments were a bit more open. ????"

She doesn't just give you a massage based on what you think you need but she goes to the root cause of whatever health issues you might be having and provides a treatment plan. She's also a very friendly, kind and compassionate human. Wish her services were covered by OHIP as I would rather visit her than any doctor."

"This is such an amazing and cute little spa!! The owner, Egle, is great at what she does and the products she uses are A++!! I just had a deep cleansing facial and my skin feels so soft and supple. Bonus was the arm, neck, face and shoulder massage, which was one of the most relaxing massages I've had. The spa is impeccably clean, cozy and is complete with relaxing classical music- it feels like i was at a resort next to an ocean!! I will be returning to Egle and her wonderful spa!! Thank you!!"
