I also tried her staff and was not happy either, the pedi's took to long and not because I was being pampered but because she was stopping to talk to others the entire time she was working on me."

She not only helps with any discomfort or injury , but she also provides exercises and stretches to further any healing or strengthening that needs to take place. "Update Mar.2023 Went again today. Had a great massage. Unfortunately it was still a little cold. I did say something and a heater was turned on. Things were going really well until the man massaging me answered his cell phone in the middle of my massage. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me here. Probably won't be back. Great location and very friendly. I was slightly disappointed at my last visit It was just really cold in the foot massage area and in the massage room. When I asked if they could close the windows unfortunately they were stuck open."

Upon entering the premises, I noticed a significant amount of hair on the floor in the washroom, which gave me concerns about cleanliness and hygiene standards. Additionally, during the massage session, I felt uncomfortable and uneasy with the behavior of the massage therapist. Their approach made me feel uneasy and was not conducive to a relaxing experience. Furthermore, I was taken aback when the massage therapist demanded payment upfront before the service was provided. This not only seemed unorthodox but also added to my discomfort during the session. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy when visiting a massage establishment. Unfortunately, my recent experience fell short of these expectations, leaving me dissatisfied and reluctant to return in the future. "The service I received was good. I had a non surgical facelift as my first service after buying a coupon. My face is sensitive so I got quite red but also received a few scratches. Nothing crazy. However, my appointment started late as the appointment before mine was running behind. Not a huge deal - individuals fall behind and things happen. However, I went in for my second service today and after arriving early I was told the person working with me would be there right on time / a few minutes late. Ten minutes after our appointment time as I waited I received a call letting me know she would be later - I asked for a time and could not be given one. Things happen but I wish I had been made aware of her running late before making the trip there as it was a bit out of the way from where I started and I essentially spent 1.5-2hrs of my day to go there and go back home. Service provider/owner Tania was nice and easy to contact but with the running late and not having my appointment double checked before hand I do not know if I will rebook to try to receive the service I missed again. The shop is clean, it smells nice, and Tania is kind, but I just don’t have the time to spend running behind or waiting. (Also in general please be aware that there is a dog in the area that I was not told about before. Not a problem, just a preference to now about animals as a first time client)."

"We wanted to do something special for our wedding anniversary so my husband and I booked the 2hr Moroccan hammam & massage and it was amazing. The hammam treatment started with a wash, exfoliating cream, loofah scrub and ended with a body mask and took an hour, followed by an hour massage. The hammam room only accommodates 1 person at a time so we switched treatments. In between treatments, we were served traditional tea and relaxed in the lounge. Both Kim and Samantha were super professional and detail oriented. We can’t wait to come back!"

"I have had Susan as my nail tech for manicures, spa pedicures and Japanese head massage for 4 years. I am slightly picky when it comes to feet care and nails. Here is my honest review. Susan is quiet but once you spend time getting to know her she is outgoing and kind. My time spent with her while getting my services done is always very relaxing and enjoyable. Her spa pedicure is meticulous and comes with the most glorious long foot massage. She is also very sanitary which is something I watch for. I like my nails clean, thin and elegant/ natural looking and she nails them every time … see what I did there!? She isn’t ever annoyed or offended when I want something adjusted or changed and is very accommodating. Ok now her Japanese Head massage… she is fully and professionally trained and has a ton of knowledge when it comes to scalp and skin health. This service is HEAVEN!!! "They sold me a gift card over the phone, charged my credit card, and then refused to honour it when it was presented to them. Even after they were shown the credit card statement, they did not budge and were extremely unfriendly and unapologetic. They said they would look into it and call back, but never did. When I called them to ask for a refund, all-of-a-sudden they had a record of the gift card and told me to come back and get it. However, they were so awful and unaccommodating on the initial visit and the subsequent phone call that I requested a refund which they refused to offer. They stole $100 from me. There is a reason for all the 1-star reviews of this place. Avoid at all costs."

"We did the Hot (Salt Bath) + Cold (Salt Cave) treatment and the 3-1 message for my girlfriends birthday. I have never had this experience before and I will break it down. Hot: The hotub experience was cute. It was more of a warmup before the salt cave and message. If you don't get much jacuzzi time with your partner I reccomend this. Cold: Salt Cave was a new experience. My girlfriend loved loved loved it and fell asleep. It wasn't as cold as many would believe but I'm sure the experience alone is worth the trip. 3-1 Message: Now this was awesome. I've never done a message before but it felt great especially for a couples message. The hotstones and expholiation felt great but the best part was the message (shout out to Katerina V who somehow handled a 6f3 dude) if anything I do reccomend the 3-1 message and it really did make my girlfriends birthday. Truely a unique experience and I'm sure I'll be back one day Hamilton. Thank you."

"After giving this spa countless chances I cannot begin to express my frustration. A pre wedding gift to my mom was a pedicure for her big day. We went the day before her wedding. After getting hers done & waiting until mine was done, we then left. After taking her sandals off it appeared to have already smudged the nail polish. She called to see if she could be fit in the next morning because she wanted them to be perfect for the day. When she went back in she was told that there were clearly too many coats on for it to ever properly dry. Yet once again she left the spa & waited 5 hours before putting on her wedding shoes… only to take them off that night and have ruined nail polish. She then removed it that night as she did not want ruined nail polish on for her vacation. Additionally, my pinky toe was scrapped so hard to the point that there was a burn. I was just told I must have had a cut before. Absolutely insane prices for the quality of work they provide in the nail salon."
