"This was my first time and I had a gift card so I thought might aswell. Recently I pulled my back working out and I read the reviews before booking and this location had the best reviews. I was booked with RMT Manjit, I knew exactly that moment I was going to have a good experience because of the reviews I read prior to booking. My first impression, the ambience was so relaxing and she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She had asked if I have any areas that I needed her to focus on. Once I explained she showed me a consent form for certain areas of the body if I was okay with it such as working close to the glutes, inner thighs and chest. I felt so comfortable and relaxed that they had this form because I read and heard so many scary reviews of what other massage places do. As soon as we started treatment I felt so relieved. Manjit was so knowledgeable of how to massage and relax my tense muscles. She was educating me along the way and also asking me if I am okay. She respected the fact I wanted a quiet session and she was so kind! I left feeling so light and relaxed and happy. I booked back with Manjit because she’s just THAT GOOD. my neck and shoulders feel so much better. I highly recommend Manjit and this salons location for any services."

"A friend of mine recommended this place. I decided to give it a try. Since then, I’ve had a manicure, pedicure, facial, and RMT done. The staff are very courteous, hardworking and friendly. They are busy and booking an appointment is recommended. If you have pictures of what you’d like to get done for mani/pedi, do show the staff to better manage expectations/ outcome. I gave 4 out of 5 stars as the location is surrounded with construction & lane restrictions. Hence, there’s always traffic to get into the plaza and sometimes hard to find parking in the lot of this plaza."

"I seen the promo outside so I called in and a lovely lady on the phone spoke English very well. However when I arrived no one there could speak English which made it very challenging to communicate. They had asked for us to pay up front first which is unusual because everywhere else I’ve been to ask for payment after the massage. Anyways we ended up paying first. Aside from that, the newly renovated spa is decent but it was so stuffy and hot. There was no circulation or fan. It felt congested and uncomfortable. We were then placed into a couples room that was very hot and stuffy and hard to breathe during the massage. Our masseuses took a while to come in I would saying aprox 10-15 mins after our time but I understand if they’re busy finishing up another session. However they were talking so loud amongst each other in our ears for a good 15-20 mins until we got fed up because it doesn’t make it relaxing at all. Imagine trying to go to the spa to relax and all you hear is loud noises in your ears I don’t think anyone would enjoy that. My partner got up and told them it’s not relaxing when you are more interested in talking to each other than massaging and they just laughed. I’m guessing they couldn’t understand but regardless we shouldn’t have to tell them to stop talking during a massage. The massage was underwhelming. We had tried to tell them several times we like strong & hard pressure but couldn’t be delivered. Anyways we sucked it up till the end. There’s a lot that could’ve been easily avoided to have a better experience regardless of the massage. They didn’t seem interested to care what you need or realize they’re working in a spa where people want to relax. Anyways the place is nice but as for the service.. you get what you pay for. I won’t be coming back here."
