"I was gifted a facial to this spa and I had never been here before. I had the Texture & Collagen facial done and it was HEAVENLY! I could see a difference in my skin right after and I have a pretty good daily skin care routine! I was very impressed with the stylish yet cozy decor and dark pods. I was also impressed with the EXCELLENT customer service because there was a misunderstanding with regards to my facial, but it all got resolved right away. I am so impressed by the service here that I have already booked my next facial - I am trying the led and lymphatic facial in a few weeks. I can’t wait! I will most definitely be recommending this spa to friends and family!????"

"Had my first treatment at You Glow Aesthetics today and was blown away by the service and the friendly staff! I had a skin assessment and tightening facial with massage and I left looking hydrated and snatched - exactly what I was hoping for. I can’t remember her name, but I had one of the senior aestheticians and she was so lovely and knowledgeable! I also really appreciated Chloe taking the time to give me a detailed rundown on their treatments and promotions. Had an overall awesome experience and will definitely be back!"

"Poor and unprofessional customer service. First time customer and I was looking to book my first appointment for laser hair removal. I filled out the form on their website which indicates that someone will reach out to me. I waited for a week, no one contacted me. I then had to call them 3 times and went to voicemail 3 times, then finally someone called me back. I get that maybe they were busy. Then during the phone call they told me that they would need to review their schedule and would call me back the next day to confirm the date and time of the appointment. Three days have passed and no one called me back. I don’t care and don’t even know how good their services are or if the google reviews here are legit but it’s just so stressful just to make a first appointment. Horrible first expression and I can tell they are not trustworthy already."

"One simple word to describe Suzy’s magical Reiki treatment: amazing. Suzy’s calm demeanour and energy immediately put me at ease. I came into the treatment in a bit of a fog, knowing my chakras and energy were out of balance. Suzy identified (without me telling her) what I knew about where my energy blocks were (and found one more), and after the treatment I felt more spiritually grounded, aligned, and refreshed. I felt balanced. My experience was also amazing in that I went into a transcendental meditative state and completely relaxed to be open and receive positive energy and release the negative energy that I had built up inside me (not totally of my own doing). Suzy helped me become more clear and I had a clarity about me that I did not have before the treatment. Energy flowed within me and into and out of the ground (when I went outside). I felt really good. Thank you Suzy for a wonderful experience and treatment. I will definitely be booking another appointment and take you up on that offer of a reflexology treatment! "I couldn’t be happier with my lashes! I’ve had her classic lashes for four months during the summer break and absolutely loved them. Four weeks after my fill they still looked good. My lashes were never clumpy and I had high retention. I just got my extensions removed for a break and my natural lashes are not damaged after four months of classic lashes. Highly recommend!"

"I don’t normally leave reviews unless I feel strongly compelled to share so here I am sharing my experience from half an hour ago. The place is total mess not spa Dirty , smelly, oily… Rude customer service that with out refunding which is my right They eat your money like a monster since your credit number is with them. It’s indicated in their policy 30 min late then you will be deducted but they charged me the whole amount . We were 10 min late Without proper answer they throw us out of their store. It says 10% will be charged in case of late but it seems they don’t know their own policy! Dear co-owner Pls review your camera and then you accused me for calling the girl names… which I did not According to your policy as you wrote: Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. (Did u really understand ? No you did not since it was emergency)However, this action prevents other customers to get their much-needed service. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 3 hours notice. Our Policy: * Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 3 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 10% of the reserved services. * If you are more than 30 minutes (we where there less than 15 min, I did not call the girl any names. She insist to go for shorter period which I did not liked) late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.(she did not offer any reappointment what so ever… I even asked her she shouted and ask us to leave without checking our refund) * We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. * In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. * In the event of no-show for appointments you made, a no-show fee of 30%( it says clearly 30 min- we were late top 15 minutes. It did is not mentioned any where the way we were deducted)of the reserved services will be charged * If there is recurrence of no-show more than two times ( you have no rights to tell me no future appointment /we should be refused as it clearly says here 2 times) you will be denied future appointments and services. You should work more on your customer service!she has to know how to convince the customers or else the owner will be the one to suffer. We paid ahead of time it means that we were waiting to have a relaxing massage… not turned to be this way. By the way I understand Chinese she has no right to talk to another client present in waiting area about us! 10 % deduction as she said is fine 30% is just obvious robbery. If no total deduction with another new appointment time is fine."

"This was the best hot stone massage I have ever had. Alexandra has beautiful magical hands and knows how to heal pain anywhere u have a problem. She made me feel happy and relaxed after I left the spa. I would definitely recommend this place to everybody. She has the best package prices as well. This is the 5th time buying package from her. 10 1 hr sessions for 350$ instead of 500$! She’s such a nice person. I recommend people to pay cash at the spa at the same price as groupon has. And I save 5$ tax. Good job Alexandra!!"

"I’ve been coming to this location for massage treatment for over eight months now and have never had an issue. All the RMTs have been great, especially Macy. However, I recently had two treatments with Francisco, one in September 2024 and the second today (March 23, 2025). First, my 60-minute appointment started at 3:45 p.m. and didn’t begin until 3:55 p.m. The treatment ended at 4:35 p.m., and during the entire time, the RMTs only rubbed oil all over my body and paid attention to the time. There was zero attention to pressure points, and they didn’t even work on my shoulders or neck. It’s disheartening to see such a poor experience being provided to clients."
