"Highly Recommend! Four years ago I took my frail elderly mother (in her 90's) to Legend about pain in her shoulder. Jodhpreet Sekhon was extremely kind, patient and gentle with her every visit. She had deep tissue laser treatment which gave her the best option for pain relief. While I sat with my mother during her treatments, Jodhpreet was also very kind to me, often putting the heated, massage thingy on my chair, so nice! Since then, Jodpreet helped me with a knee injury (pickleball) using a variety of treatments. In a short order, I was walking pain free.  Last Oct. I took a bad fall where, between terrible pain in my back and upper thigh muscle, I could barely walk and really felt I would never walk properly again. However, Jodhpreet and his team had me back walking, without pain, after several treatments. Now most recently, I have suffered from shoulder swelling related to the fall I took earlier. Again, with laser treatments, the pain and swelling have been addressed and I have regained motion ability in my arm and shoulder. Appointments are accessible, and all staff are unfailingly polite, friendly and courteous. I would add, charming and cheerful too! I highly recommend Legend Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre. Always a very professional, thorough results based experience. The range of services offered are very impressive. Service is top notch."

And I'm sorry but I do have to say don't ask for Karin she was not pleasant turned my husband away after massaging for 5 mins because he smelled a little like marijuana and made him pay full price too, do not get her if you can help it. Other then her all the rest of the staff has been great!"

"I wanted to share some feedback about my recent consultation experience. I had booked what was described as a "complementary" consultation, but I was surprised to learn that there would be a $150 charge unless I had a referral from my doctor. Unfortunately, this wasn’t mentioned during the booking process, which led to some confusion. Additionally, I ended up waiting nearly an hour and a half before being seen by one of the nurses. When I asked about the expected wait time to see the consulting doctor, I was told, “it’s been a day,” which felt a bit dismissive. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of communication, subpar level of service, and the substantially long wait time. I’m sharing this in the hope that it helps improve the experience for others in the future."

"I want to start off by saying the staff at this location are super nice. Very kind and funny. However, the shellac manicure I recently got at this establishment was not good at all. The nail tech had a very hard time getting my nail design off to start fresh with giving me a manicure, which I was talked into getting. This might be, however, one of the worst manicures I have ever received. My cuticles were all chopped up and the skin around my fingers is still peeling off almost 2 weeks after I had them done. This appointment also ended up costing me a lot more than I originally anticipated and I was expecting that when I agreed to the manicure, but I hoped that it would have been worth it. Unfortunately, it was not. The actual shellac design and application was done so poorly. My nails were trimmed much shorter than what I asked for, they're crooked and on an angle, bumpy, and uneven. The nail tech did three layers of the shellac colour on top of the poorly removed previous design, leaving it looking uneven and my nails looking so thick. There are parts of my nails that don't even have the shellac colour on them, it was all over my fingers at the end of the appointment, and even the top coat doesn't cover my entire nail. They even at one point tried to tell me that the reason it looked the way it did was because of how short my nails are. Hearing this I thought to myself, regardless of how short or small my nails are, isn't it the job of the nail tech to adapt their skills to each customer, regardless of nail size, nail strength or brittleness? Overall, I am really unhappy with this shellac manicure. Even from far away it looks like I tried to do an at-home DIY shellac manicure gone wrong. The top coat is even peeling off. I'm sorry to say it and I feel bad but when I got the message to tell the spa how they did I had to say something. If I’m 100% honest, I want my money back. Because of this, unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this establishment."

"Started at Lattitudes in the Pen Center. Unexperienced but friendly young lady. Spent 75$ on a cut plus tip. Back was not what i asked for. Went back to get fixed. No confidence in correcting it so I just left. Get a call from salon saying they are together with natural solutions at other end of mall and they have a senior stylist that could assist me in having it fixed. Ya that was a mistake. Choppy, uneven. They dont seem to be taught in school how to cut hair. Lesson learned. The women were all friendly, never rude and my hair will grow back."

"It was my first time to try this Pinnacle wellness Clinic today and I would say I want to schedule my next appointment for next week. Aside from a very cozy place, the smell of it is very relaxing as you get in. Arnold was such a an expert in terms of pressure points. He was able to apply his massage techniques that I haven't experience from other clinic. He is very knowledgeable as to the trigger points of my body that needs focus. At the end of the session, I felt the relaxation I need. Very satisfied as he did a great job. Will definitely refer him to my friends 100%."
