"I have come to Linh’s Nail Salon about 3 times now to get my eyebrows waxed. I’ve always called ahead of time to book an appointment and got in with no problem. Today, I called around 1pm asking if they had time later on today to get an appointment for eyebrow wax, they said to come in as a walk in as it takes only 5-10 minutes, I told them that I would be there within an hour and said are you sure I don’t need an appointment? They reassured me to say no don’t worry about appointment, just come by. So I showed up about an hour after, and was told that I have to wait 45 min to 1 hour to get my eyebrows done as they are busy. I walked out as I didn’t feel that was good customer service on your part, tell your client no need to book an appointment as eyebrow wax only takes 5-10 minutes and you can squeeze me in, then with me showing up telling me I have to come back in another hour. Not cool, and probably won’t be coming back."

"The worst experience ever, the lady saying that i insulted here while i said the opposite, i tried to explain for her and the lady in the front, but they just want to get ride of me and get money, she was insulting me and i said nothing, be aware the girls named Sabrina is doing this be aware of this place . never be back there"

"The minute you walk into the spa, your nervous system just goes calmer! I got - very warm greeting when I entered and got to my appointment early so they offered me a tisane while I read a book and relaxed. Muriel then came to get me to give me a facial and I highly recommend her. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease and has magical hands. She’s beyond professional and always guides you in the right direction when it comes to skincare! If you haven’t checked out their spa for facials or any treatment you need to book asap!!!"

"I have had my lashes done by Sophie 3 times now, and it has been an incredible experience everytime. She is professional, focused and genuine and makes you feel very comfortable the whole time always checking in on you to make sure you are okay! The lashes are also very well done and the room she works from is cute and cozy so its an overall pleasant experience."
